【摘要】：自其形成以來,現(xiàn)代世界秩序就一直處于接連不斷的重組和變革之中,反映了在世界歷史時代人類社會由于現(xiàn)代化運動的普遍擴張所帶來的那種目不暇接的巨大變遷。現(xiàn)代世界秩序經(jīng)歷了西方列強主導的世界殖民體系和蘇美爭霸的兩極世界秩序兩大階段。冷戰(zhàn)結束后,兩極對立的世界秩序已經(jīng)解體。當今世界正處于大變革、大發(fā)展、大調(diào)整時期,世界秩序變革面臨著世界秩序變革的"普遍善念"、民族國家的尷尬、霸權主義、共同價值與文化多元性、世界政治民主化等諸多難題,前景尚不明朗。作為對經(jīng)濟全球化的一種自主回應,文化自覺旨在探討一條人類各種文明共存共榮之路,理當深刻反思和闡明世界秩序變革歷程的文化意義,并以"人類命運共同體"和"天下大同"為責任擔當,為當代世界秩序變革注入強勁動力,推動世界各國斷然背離那爭奪世界霸權的老路,探尋一條和平共處、合作共贏之道。
[Abstract]:Since its formation, the modern world order has been under continuous restructuring and transformation. It reflects the dizzying great changes brought about by the universal expansion of the modern movement in the world history. The modern world order has experienced the world colonial system dominated by the western powers and the struggle for hegemony between the Soviet Union and the United States. Two major stages of the bipolar world order. After the end of the Cold War, The bipolar world order has disintegrated. Today the world is in a period of great change, great development, and great readjustment. The transformation of the world order is faced with the "universal good mentality" of the transformation of the world order, the embarrassment of the nation-state, and hegemonism. As an independent response to economic globalization, the goal of cultural consciousness is to explore a road to the common prosperity of all kinds of human civilizations, such as the common values and cultural pluralism, the democratization of world politics and so on. It is reasonable to reflect deeply and clarify the cultural significance of the course of the transformation of the world order, and to take on the responsibility of "the Community of Human Destiny" and "the Great Harmony of the World", so as to inject a strong impetus into the transformation of the contemporary world order. Drive the world to deviate from the old way of fighting for world hegemony and seek a way of peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.
