【摘要】：正新中國(guó)成立之初,由于國(guó)際環(huán)境的影響,中國(guó)無(wú)法獲得聯(lián)合國(guó)的合法席位,也被其他重要的國(guó)際組織如國(guó)際貨幣基金組織、世界銀行、關(guān)貿(mào)總協(xié)定拒之門外,成為國(guó)際體系的游離者。因此,中國(guó)更加堅(jiān)定地轉(zhuǎn)向社會(huì)主義體系。1971年,中國(guó)恢復(fù)在聯(lián)合國(guó)的合法席位,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)開(kāi)始融入國(guó)際體系。1980年,中國(guó)恢復(fù)了在國(guó)際貨幣基金組織和世界銀行的合法席位,開(kāi)始參與多邊國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的新進(jìn)程。80年代后期,中國(guó)基本上參與了所有重要的國(guó)際組織,開(kāi)始建立與各項(xiàng)國(guó)
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, due to the influence of the international environment, China was unable to obtain a legitimate seat in the United Nations. It was also shut out by other important international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the General Agreement on tariffs and Trade. China became a free agent of the international system. As a result, China turned more firmly to the socialist system. In 1971, China resumed its legitimate seat at the United Nations, marking the beginning of its integration into the international system. China resumed its legitimate seats in the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and began to participate in the new process of multilateral international economic organizations in the late 1980s.
