【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)外交在越南的外交戰(zhàn)略中具有十分重要的地位,是越南推進(jìn)革新開放的重要支柱之一。越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)外交始于革新開放,隨著革新開放的深入,其地位不斷上升,逐漸從邊緣進(jìn)入核心。越南實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)外交,既是為了滿足國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要,同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)其融入國際經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展目標(biāo),對外進(jìn)行利益訴求的客觀要求。經(jīng)濟(jì)外交一方面既為維護(hù)國家的政治安全、社會穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù),另一方面又要順應(yīng)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景,受到國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會形勢、國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、國際關(guān)系格局等諸多因素的影響。越共六大以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)外交逐漸成為越南外交政策的重要內(nèi)容,與政治外交實(shí)現(xiàn)了良性互動,呈現(xiàn)了地位提升、對象擴(kuò)展、重心轉(zhuǎn)變、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、內(nèi)容豐富、戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重要特征,到越共十一大,經(jīng)濟(jì)外交已成為越南對外戰(zhàn)略的一個(gè)核心和重點(diǎn),經(jīng)濟(jì)外交上升到了與政治外交齊頭并進(jìn)的地位。經(jīng)濟(jì)外交促進(jìn)了革新開放的發(fā)展,成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要推力,確保了越南成為亞洲發(fā)展最快和最具活力的國家之一。 經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使得越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)外交既面臨著重大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),越南經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),將對我國有一定的借鑒和參考作用。同時(shí),越南與美國、日本、印度等國的關(guān)系走向值得我們認(rèn)真地關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Economic diplomacy plays a very important role in Vietnam's diplomatic strategy and is one of the important pillars of Vietnam's promotion of reform and opening up. Vietnam's economic diplomacy begins with innovation and opening up, and with the deepening of innovation and opening up, its status continues to rise. Vietnam's economic diplomacy is not only to meet the needs of domestic economic and social development, but also to achieve its goal of integrating into the international economic and social development. On the one hand, economic diplomacy serves the political security, social stability and economic development of the country; on the other hand, it must conform to the background of the current era of economic globalization. Influenced by the domestic economic and social situation, the national development strategy, the pattern of international relations, and so on. Since the sixth Congress of the CPV, economic diplomacy has gradually become an important part of Vietnam's foreign policy and has achieved positive interaction with political diplomacy. It presents the important characteristics of status upgrading, object expansion, center of gravity change, structural optimization, rich content, and strategic transformation. By the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, economic diplomacy has become a core and focus of Vietnam's foreign strategy. Economic diplomacy has risen to a position of keeping pace with political diplomacy. Economic diplomacy has promoted the development of innovation and openness and become an important thrust of economic construction, ensuring Vietnam to become one of the fastest growing and most dynamic countries in Asia. Economic globalization makes Vietnam's economic diplomacy face both important development opportunities and severe challenges. The experience and lessons of Vietnam's economic diplomacy will be used for reference and reference to China. At the same time, Vietnam and the United States, The trend of relations between Japan and India deserves our serious attention.
