【摘要】：地區(qū)間的合作成為歷史發(fā)展不可替代的潮流是伴隨著冷戰(zhàn)的結(jié)束和經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展而形成的。在全世界范圍內(nèi),地區(qū)合作成為區(qū)域政治發(fā)展的主流。以歐盟為代表的區(qū)域合作模式逐漸取代原有的對抗性的、敵對性的區(qū)域發(fā)展模式,為區(qū)域的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機。通過對東亞各國的國情進行研究發(fā)現(xiàn),東亞一體化的可行性不僅受制于區(qū)域內(nèi)各成員國經(jīng)濟、政治、社會、宗教和歷史文化等因素,而且受制于諸多外部因素。影響東亞一體化的因素主要包括以下方面：政治因素：政治制度的復(fù)雜多樣導(dǎo)致政治分歧不可避免；核心大國的缺失導(dǎo)致一體化進程缺乏推動力；領(lǐng)土、主權(quán)糾紛導(dǎo)致各國政治關(guān)系起伏不定。經(jīng)濟因素：各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平不平衡、傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)造成產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同。民族宗教文化因素：民族眾多、宗教繁雜、地區(qū)文化差異巨大。外部因素：國際環(huán)境的復(fù)雜變化對東亞一體化的影響、域外組織和國家的影響、美國的影響。 地理位置、主體價值、經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的互補性、安全合作、共同的價值觀、共有的地區(qū)認(rèn)同是影響區(qū)域一體化進程的主要因素。因此,文章從經(jīng)濟合作、地緣政治、安全、文化認(rèn)同的角度分析了東亞一體化的可行性。在對東亞一體化的可行性進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,文章提出了經(jīng)濟優(yōu)先、多元主導(dǎo)、機制創(chuàng)設(shè)、形成中心等方面的東亞一體化路徑選擇建議。
[Abstract]:Regional cooperation has become an irreplaceable trend of historical development, which has been accompanied by the end of the cold war and the development of economic globalization. Regional cooperation has become the mainstream of regional political development. The regional cooperation model, represented by the European Union, is gradually replacing the antagonistic and hostile regional development model. Through the study of the national conditions of the East Asian countries, it is found that the feasibility of East Asian integration is not only restricted by the economic, political, social, religious, historical and cultural factors of the member countries of the region. The main factors affecting East Asian integration include the following: political factors: political differences are inevitable due to the complexity and diversity of political system, lack of core powers leads to lack of impetus in the process of integration; Territorial, sovereignty disputes lead to ups and downs of political relations between countries. Economic factors: imbalance in the level of economic development of each country. Traditional economic structure leads to the convergence of industrial structure. Ethnic, religious and cultural factors: ethnic diversity, religious complexity, External factors: the impact of complex changes in the international environment on East Asian integration, the influence of foreign organizations and countries, and the influence of the United States. Geographical location, subject value, complementarities in the economic field, security cooperation, common values, shared regional identity are the main factors influencing the process of regional integration. On the basis of analyzing the feasibility of East Asian integration, the article puts forward that the economy should be given priority, multi-dominant and mechanism should be created. Formation of the center and other aspects of East Asian integration path options.
