【摘要】：朝鮮半島陷入對(duì)抗僵局,美國(guó)對(duì)朝采取了遏制待變的策略。對(duì)抗局面對(duì)朝韓的安全都不利。韓國(guó)推進(jìn)的"朝鮮半島信任進(jìn)程"由于雙方的"話不投機(jī)"而受阻。朝韓關(guān)系再陷困局,并且處于無協(xié)定、無對(duì)話、無談判的狀況。這種對(duì)抗局面的持續(xù),致使六方會(huì)談難以重啟,核問題的解決遙遙無期。半島正在積累安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。要打破這種局面,韓國(guó)需要認(rèn)清自己所處的結(jié)構(gòu)性局限,推動(dòng)朝韓關(guān)系重返以往雙邊協(xié)定所確定的和解軌道,并推動(dòng)六方會(huì)談的重啟。
[Abstract]:The Korean peninsula has reached a confrontational impasse. The United States has adopted a strategy of containing the DPRK to be changed. Confrontation is not conducive to the security of the DPRK and the ROK. The "trust process on the Korean Peninsula" promoted by South Korea has been hampered by the "inaccuracy" between the two sides, and the DPRK-ROK relations have once again fallen into a dilemma. And in a situation where there is no agreement, no dialogue, no negotiation. The continuation of this confrontation situation makes it difficult to restart the six-party talks, and the solution of the nuclear issue is far away. The peninsula is accumulating security risks. South Korea needs to recognise its structural limitations, push relations back on the path of reconciliation set out in previous bilateral agreements, and push for a resumption of six-party talks.
