【摘要】： 國(guó)家形象是一國(guó)對(duì)另一國(guó)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方面的總體認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)價(jià),也是軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分。在國(guó)家間相互依存程度越來(lái)越高和國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)日益重要的今天,構(gòu)建一個(gè)良好的國(guó)家形象對(duì)每個(gè)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō)都很重要。國(guó)家形象對(duì)正在崛起中的大國(guó)更有特殊的意義,對(duì)崛起大國(guó)而言,良好的國(guó)家形象不僅能夠降低其遭遇遏制的可能性,而且還有助于提高該國(guó)的國(guó)際地位。在各國(guó)相互依賴加深的時(shí)代背景之下,所有國(guó)家必須適應(yīng)國(guó)際政治文明的要求,按照一定的規(guī)則與其他國(guó)家交往,在保持國(guó)際權(quán)力現(xiàn)狀和世界秩序的主要安排的框架內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的國(guó)家力量的增長(zhǎng),努力處理好與現(xiàn)存的國(guó)際主導(dǎo)性大國(guó)的合作共處關(guān)系,培育國(guó)際認(rèn)同。印度作為一個(gè)正在崛起中的大國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)家形象十分重視,本文擬就介紹印度在大國(guó)崛起背景下的一系列國(guó)家形象塑造策略,從政府分工、文化外交、對(duì)海外印度人政策、軍事交往、民間外交等角度分析印度國(guó)家形象戰(zhàn)略的成功之處,以期對(duì)同屬于崛起中大國(guó)卻備受國(guó)家形象不佳困擾的中國(guó)有所啟示。 本文擬分為五章進(jìn)行論述。第一章主要介紹本論文的選題意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,及主要思路和方法;第二章界定“國(guó)家形象”概念、特點(diǎn),并討論“國(guó)家形象”與“軟實(shí)力”之間的關(guān)系,以及對(duì)國(guó)家形象塑造對(duì)于正在崛起中的大國(guó)的特殊性和重要性展開(kāi)論述。第三章是本文的主要部分,著重分析作為崛起中大國(guó)印度的國(guó)家形象塑造戰(zhàn)略。第四章,對(duì)印度國(guó)家形象塑造進(jìn)行思考,分析其客觀優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。第五章結(jié)合印度的國(guó)家形象塑造,對(duì)如何更好地塑造中國(guó)的國(guó)家的形象進(jìn)行闡述和探討。
[Abstract]:National image is the overall understanding and evaluation of the political, economic, social and cultural aspects of another country. It is also an important part of soft power. Today, the degree of interdependence between countries is increasing and the international discourse power is becoming increasingly important. It is very important for every country to build a good national image. A good national image not only reduces the likelihood of its being contained, but also helps to enhance the country's international standing, in the context of an era of deepening interdependence among nations. All countries must adapt themselves to the requirements of international political civilization, engage with other countries according to certain rules, and realize the growth of their own national strength within the framework of maintaining the status quo of international power and the main arrangements of the world order. India, as a rising power, attaches great importance to its national image. This paper introduces a series of national image shaping strategies of India in the context of the rise of great powers, from the government division of labor, cultural diplomacy, Indian policy to overseas, military exchanges. This paper analyzes the success of India's national image strategy from the angle of folk diplomacy, in order to enlighten China, which belongs to the rising great country but is beset by the poor national image. This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss. The first chapter mainly introduces the significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research status, as well as the main ideas and methods; The second chapter defines the concept and characteristics of "national image" and discusses the relationship between "national image" and "soft power". The third chapter is the main part of this paper. Focus on the analysis of India as a rising power of national image shaping strategy. 4th chapter, the national image of India for reflection, analysis of its objective strengths and weaknesses. 5th chapter combined with the national image of India. How to better shape the image of China's country is expounded and discussed.
