【摘要】：金融危機以來,大國綜合國力競爭正在新能源革命、新工業(yè)革命、新軍事革命等戰(zhàn)略高地全面展開。美國引領(lǐng)世界新軍事革命浪潮,俄羅斯與其軍事實力差距日益拉大,雙方戰(zhàn)略力量對比嚴重失衡。力量對比失衡與戰(zhàn)略目標差異導(dǎo)致俄美在戰(zhàn)略安全上互不信任,加之歷史發(fā)展觀和國際戰(zhàn)略觀的巨大差異,雙方關(guān)系"重啟"難以持續(xù)。與此同時,雙方圍繞俄國內(nèi)政治、人權(quán)等問題矛盾尖銳,在"后蘇聯(lián)空間"和中東地區(qū)的地緣政治角逐加劇。但由于全球議事日程日益復(fù)雜和雙方各有所需,俄美關(guān)系未來可望維持"冷和平"加"冷合作"的奇特狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis, the competition in the comprehensive national strength of the big countries is being carried out in a comprehensive way in the strategic highlands, such as the new energy revolution, the new industrial revolution, the new military revolution, and so on. The gap between Russia and its military strength is widening day by day. The balance of strategic forces between Russia and the United States is seriously out of balance. The imbalance of power and strategic objectives leads to the distrust of Russia and the United States in strategic security. In addition, the great difference between the historical development concept and the international strategic view makes it difficult to "restart" the relations between the two sides. At the same time, the contradictions between the two sides around Russia's domestic politics, human rights and other issues are sharp. Geopolitical rivalry between the "post-Soviet space" and the Middle East has intensified. But because of the increasing complexity of the global agenda and the needs of both sides. Russia-US relations are expected to maintain a strange state of "cold peace" and "cold cooperation" in the future.
