【摘要】：北大西洋公約組織（簡稱北約）是冷戰(zhàn)初期在美國主導下由西方國家建立起來的跨大西洋軍事政治聯(lián)盟，也是維系北美和歐洲之間關系近六十年的主要組織。冷戰(zhàn)時期，美國利用北約來遏制蘇聯(lián)、防止共產主義威脅，同時通過北約來控制其西歐盟國。經過四十多年的對抗，，蘇聯(lián)的最終解體宣告了冷戰(zhàn)結束，理應隨之消失的北約組織卻出人意料地繼續(xù)生存下來，并通過不斷調整其戰(zhàn)略概念逐漸地適應了冷戰(zhàn)后的國際環(huán)境，繼續(xù)發(fā)揮其維系北美和歐洲關系的紐帶作用。然而國際政局變幻莫測，美歐盟友關系在冷戰(zhàn)后出現(xiàn)了裂痕，并在北約歷次戰(zhàn)略概念調整的過程中表現(xiàn)出它們之間矛盾重重的一面。文章擬從北約戰(zhàn)略概念演變的視角分析冷戰(zhàn)后美歐關系的變化，并對北約的未來稍作展望。
[Abstract]:The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a transatlantic military and political alliance established by Western countries under the leadership of the United States in the early years of the Cold War. During the Cold War, the United States used NATO to contain the Soviet Union and prevent the threat of communism. After more than 40 years of confrontation, the final disintegration of the Soviet Union declared the end of the Cold War, and NATO, which should have disappeared, unexpectedly continued to survive. By constantly adjusting its strategic concept, it gradually adapts to the international environment after the Cold War, and continues to play its role as a link between North America and Europe. However, the international political situation is unpredictable. The US-European alliance split after the Cold War. In the process of the adjustment of NATO's strategic concept, there are many contradictions between them. This paper intends to analyze the changes of US-Europe relations after the Cold War from the perspective of the evolution of NATO's strategic concept. And the future of NATO to make a little outlook.
