【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)末期以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化已經(jīng)成為了整個(gè)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)向前發(fā)展的主趨勢(shì),世界各國(guó)也正從這樣的趨勢(shì)中獲益,尤其是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化給發(fā)展中國(guó)家?guī)?lái)了更為先進(jìn)的理念、技術(shù)、文化以及更加廣闊的市場(chǎng)空間,中國(guó)和印度兩國(guó)就是在這樣的背景下通過(guò)對(duì)自身的改革與對(duì)外的開(kāi)放迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)的兩個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家并日益在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上扮演越來(lái)越重要的角色,但是伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，很多其他方面的問(wèn)題也凸顯出來(lái)，環(huán)境問(wèn)題、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題等等都成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展的絆腳石，，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的概念走上歷史舞臺(tái)，本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)中印兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展下四個(gè)大方面的對(duì)比分析來(lái)剖析我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展所存在的深層次問(wèn)題，并提出改善意見(jiàn)，為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型提供借鑒。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容共分為以下九個(gè)部分，第一部分緒論主要是對(duì)于文章的選題背景、意義以及研究方法和內(nèi)容等方面對(duì)文章整體情況進(jìn)行闡述；第二部分是理論綜述部分，詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平的研究現(xiàn)狀，并提出了本文的理論來(lái)源人類(lèi)發(fā)展指數(shù),并對(duì)人類(lèi)發(fā)展指數(shù)的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述。第三部分是指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建部分，首先對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展的定義進(jìn)行了界定，并總結(jié)了構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)遵循的原則，然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建并說(shuō)明經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平的計(jì)算方法；第四、五、六、七部分分別是針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中教育科技水平、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平四個(gè)方面來(lái)對(duì)兩國(guó)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，剖析兩國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展各個(gè)不同方面存在的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)；第八部分是本文的總結(jié)部分，主要是針對(duì)以上四個(gè)方面的分析進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，找出我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中仍存在的不足并提出建議和對(duì)策。第九部分結(jié)論部分，是在第八章總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，形成本文結(jié)論并對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展情況提出設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the twentieth Century, economic globalization has become the main trend of the world economic development, all countries in the world are to benefit from this trend, especially in developing countries, economic globalization has brought more advanced concepts and technology to developing countries, as well as the broader market space, Chinese and India between the two countries is in such under the background of reform and opening up by two developing countries on their own with foreign developed rapidly and increasingly playing an increasingly important role in the international arena, but along with the rapid economic growth, many other issues are also prominent, environmental problems, industrial structure and so have become a stumbling block to economic continued development the concept of coordinated development of economy and society on the stage of history, this article aims to India Economic and social development four A comparative analysis is made to analyze the deep-seated problems of China's economic and social development, and put forward suggestions for improvement so as to provide reference for China's economic and social transformation.
The main content of this paper is divided into nine parts, the first part of the introduction is mainly about the background, significance and research methods and content of the article elaborates on the overall situation; the second part is the theory summary part, elaborated the research status at home and abroad on the level of economic and social development, and put forward in this paper, the theoretical source of the human development index, and the history and present situation of the human development index were discussed. The third part is the construction of index system, firstly the definition of economic and social development are analyzed and summarized the principle of index system construction, and then on the basis of economic and social development level evaluation index system construction and calculation method of the level of economic and social development; fourth, fifth, six, seven part is in view of the education evaluation index system The level of science and technology, medical and health level, the level of economic development, the sustainable development level of the four aspects of the comparative analysis of the two countries, there are two different aspects in the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various economic and social development; the eighth part is the concluding part of this paper, mainly analyzed according to the analysis of the above four aspects, there are still problems I find in the development of social economy and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures. The ninth part is the conclusion, in the eighth chapter based on the analysis of the formation of the conclusion of this paper and put forward suggestion for future development.
