【摘要】：隨著公共外交興起并被世界各國普遍接受，女性在公共外交中的地位和作用也變得更加重要。夫人外交是女性參與公共外交的表現(xiàn)，是公共外交的重要實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。中國既有開展夫人外交的文化和女性人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，還有長期的夫人外交實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，具有美好的發(fā)展前景。 夫人外交與國家軟實(shí)力有緊密的聯(lián)系，它是構(gòu)建和提升國家軟實(shí)力的重要途徑。夫人外交是通過說服等和平外交手段來促進(jìn)國家利益的實(shí)現(xiàn)，主要是面向?qū)Ψ絿掖蟊姾驼Ｆ鋬?nèi)容則常涉及文化方面，而開展夫人外交本身就是國家價(jià)值觀和對(duì)外政策的體現(xiàn)，，這三方面與軟實(shí)力的三個(gè)主要來源相似。 本文主要從第一夫人和大使夫人兩個(gè)角度展開分析，梳理相關(guān)概念和理論，對(duì)比不同文化背景下夫人外交的特點(diǎn)及其與國家軟實(shí)力的關(guān)系；分析夫人外交的作用，尤其是對(duì)國家軟實(shí)力的積極意義；在借鑒不同文化背景下夫人外交特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上，討論中國夫人外交的前景。
[Abstract]:With the rise of public diplomacy and generally accepted by all countries in the world, the position and role of women in public diplomacy has become more and more important. As an important form of public diplomacy, China has not only the advantages of the culture and human resources of the wife's diplomacy, but also the long-term practice of the wife's diplomacy, which has a bright prospect for development. Mrs. diplomacy is closely related to national soft power, which is an important way to construct and promote the soft power of the country. Mrs. diplomacy is to promote the realization of national interests through peaceful diplomatic means such as persuasion. It is mainly for the public and the government of the other country. Its content often involves the cultural aspect, and the development of the wife's diplomacy itself is the embodiment of the national values and foreign policy. These three aspects are similar to the three main sources of soft power. This article mainly from the first lady and the ambassador's wife two angle launches the analysis, combs the related concept and the theory, contrasts under the different cultural background Mrs. diplomacy characteristic and the relations with the national soft power; Analysis of the role of Mrs. diplomatic, especially to the positive significance of national soft power; On the basis of drawing lessons from different cultural background, this paper discusses the prospect of China's wife's diplomacy.
