【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁日漸成為美國(guó)處理國(guó)際問(wèn)題時(shí)使用的主要工具之一在美國(guó)的對(duì)外政策體系中占有重要地位。雖然,近年來(lái)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深化與擴(kuò)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁的效果受到內(nèi)外部諸多因素的制約,但是由于其巨大的政治影響力和低成本、低烈度(相比軍事打擊)特性,仍被美國(guó)廣泛使用,是美國(guó)在對(duì)外政策領(lǐng)域維護(hù)國(guó)家安全及國(guó)家利益的重要手段。本論文以冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁作為研究對(duì)象,在全面分析了冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁政策的基礎(chǔ)上,從三個(gè)方面提出了中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,即優(yōu)化內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、研究分析美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁法律、加強(qiáng)與外部的聯(lián)系。作者認(rèn)為,中國(guó)應(yīng)正確認(rèn)識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁這一外交手段,并適當(dāng)運(yùn)用它維護(hù)中國(guó)的國(guó)家利益。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the cold war, economic sanctions have increasingly become one of the main tools used by the us to deal with international issues, and play an important role in the US's foreign policy system. Although in recent years, with the deepening and expansion of economic globalization, economic sanctions effect is restricted by many factors inside and outside, but due to the low intensity of the great political influence and low cost (compared to military combat) characteristics, has been widely used in America, the United States is an important means to safeguard national security and national interests in the field of foreign policy the. In this paper, the United States after the cold war economic sanctions against China as the research object, based on the comprehensive analysis of the U.S. economic sanctions against China policy after the cold war, the Chinese measures are put forward from three aspects, namely the optimization of the internal structure of economy, the U.S. economic sanctions against the law and strengthening with external contacts. The author believes that China should correctly recognize the diplomatic means of economic sanctions and properly use it to safeguard China's national interests.
