【摘要】：日本文部省雖自明治初年起便負責管理并對外派遣留學生,但在其后近30年間從未派遣學生來華留學。隨著日本帝國大學中分科大學的設置、講座制的引入及高等教育規(guī)模的擴大,文部省為培養(yǎng)勝任漢學等相關(guān)講座的教師,自1899年起對華派遣留學生,從而開啟日本學術(shù)型留華學生的先河,其中服部宇之吉便是名副其實的首位文部省留華學生。至1920年通過派遣留學生補充各新建大學師資的目的基本達成后,文部省又廢止原有制度,代之以派遣"在外研究員",但與前期變化不大。文部省留華學生雖起步較晚且人數(shù)有限,受重視程度不及留學歐美者,并缺乏足夠的制度保障,但在近代日本對華派遣留學生史、日本漢學發(fā)展史,乃至近代中日關(guān)系史上發(fā)揮了重要作用,占有獨特地位。
[Abstract]:Although the Ministry of Education has been responsible for managing and sending overseas students since the beginning of Meiji, it has never sent students to China for nearly 30 years. With the establishment of universities in Japan's Imperial University, the introduction of the lecture system and the expansion of higher education, the Ministry of Education has sent overseas students to China since 1899 in order to train teachers qualified for Sinology and other related lectures. Therefore, the Japanese academic students studying in China were pioneered, among them, Yuji Hattori was the first Chinese student of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Education. By 1920, after the goal of sending foreign students to supplement the teachers of the new universities was basically achieved, the Ministry of Education abolished the original system and replaced it with the sending of "external researchers", but the change was not much compared with the previous period. Although the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Education has a late start and a limited number of students, who are less valued than those who study in Europe and the United States, and lack adequate system protection, but in the history of sending overseas students to China in modern Japan, and the history of Japanese Sinology development, Even in the modern history of Sino-Japanese relations played an important role, occupies a unique position.
