【摘要】：在規(guī)訓(xùn)與反規(guī)訓(xùn)的框架下從遠(yuǎn)郊小鎮(zhèn)浙江慈溪市A鎮(zhèn)的個案研究中可發(fā)現(xiàn),市場邏輯與行政邏輯是攤販與城管行為的內(nèi)在依據(jù),逃跑與追逐、軟磨硬泡與教育、暴力抗法和沒收財產(chǎn)成為他們博弈策略的三種組合,策略組合的演進(jìn)是博弈的升級過程。博弈的演進(jìn)和升級強(qiáng)化了非正規(guī)空間的非正規(guī)化,重塑了城鎮(zhèn)的非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)和公共空間。在微觀尺度上,博弈策略的有效性取決于地方政府(尤其是基層執(zhí)法者)控制博弈升級以防雙方容忍極限被突破的策略。
[Abstract]:Under the framework of discipline and anti-discipline, it can be found from the case study of A Town, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, that market logic and administrative logic are the internal basis of vendors and urban management behavior, escape and pursuit, soft and hard bubble and education, violence resistance and confiscation of property become the three combinations of their game strategy, and the evolution of strategy combination is the upgrade process of game. The evolution and upgrading of the game strengthens the informalization of informal space and reshapes the informal economy and public space of cities and towns. On the micro scale, the effectiveness of the game strategy depends on the strategy that the local government (especially the grass-roots law enforcers) controls the upgrade of the game to prevent both sides from breaking through the tolerance limit.
