【摘要】：以往關(guān)于中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力遷移或流動(dòng)的研究大多沿著經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的分析思路,認(rèn)為勞動(dòng)力遷移的主要目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體或家庭收入的最大化。本文分析"2015年全國(guó)流動(dòng)人口衛(wèi)生計(jì)生動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)調(diào)查"的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),在控制經(jīng)濟(jì)因素以后,贍養(yǎng)責(zé)任也對(duì)個(gè)體流動(dòng)范圍有顯著影響。第一,當(dāng)老家有兄弟姐妹或配偶照顧父母時(shí),個(gè)體更可能選擇遠(yuǎn)距離流動(dòng);但如果老家沒(méi)有他人照顧父母,那么個(gè)體將不得不受贍養(yǎng)責(zé)任的影響而只能選擇近距離流動(dòng)。第二,贍養(yǎng)責(zé)任對(duì)漢族、農(nóng)村人、教育程度較低的人和年齡較大的人的流動(dòng)范圍有更加顯著的影響,但對(duì)男性和女性的影響并無(wú)明顯不同。隨著生育水平的下降和人口流動(dòng)的家庭化趨勢(shì),未來(lái)將有越來(lái)越多的流動(dòng)人口在老家沒(méi)有兄弟姐妹且沒(méi)有配偶的情況下發(fā)生流動(dòng),其流動(dòng)范圍也將在更大程度上受贍養(yǎng)壓力的影響。由此產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題需要引起研究人員的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Most of the previous studies on labor migration or mobility in China follow the economic analysis, and think that the main goal of labor migration is to maximize the income of individuals or families. This paper analyzes the data of the National dynamic Monitoring Survey of Health and Family Planning of floating population in 2015. It is found that after controlling economic factors, the responsibility of support also has a significant impact on the range of individual mobility. First, when the hometown has brothers, sisters or spouses to take care of their parents, individuals are more likely to choose long-distance mobility; but if the hometown does not have others to take care of their parents, then the individual will have to be affected by maintenance responsibilities and can only choose to move at close range. Second, the responsibility of maintenance has a more significant impact on the mobility range of Han nationality, rural people, people with lower education and older people, but there is no significant difference between men and women. With the decline of fertility level and the family trend of population mobility, more and more floating people will move in the future without brothers and sisters and no spouse, and the range of mobility will also be affected by maintenance pressure to a greater extent. The resulting problems need to attract the attention of researchers.
