【摘要】：我國(guó)社工機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,社工理念、本土見習(xí)督導(dǎo)、社工立法和社工人才成長(zhǎng)機(jī)制都日趨完善。但社工機(jī)構(gòu)始終面臨著資金來源短缺和社工專業(yè)人才缺乏整合兩大難題。在社工機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)營(yíng)資金普遍短缺的情況下如何設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)新的運(yùn)行模式,充分整合社會(huì)工作專業(yè)人才的同時(shí),低成本、高效率的運(yùn)作,是解決當(dāng)前社工機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行兩大難題的一種嘗試。需要學(xué)者和社會(huì)工作者進(jìn)一步探索和研究。本論文由實(shí)證研究入手,先介紹分析深圳安瀾社工機(jī)構(gòu)的“反家暴”項(xiàng)目,分析其在項(xiàng)目宣傳和項(xiàng)目推廣上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。該機(jī)構(gòu)初步合作流程：由深圳安瀾社工機(jī)構(gòu)與在校大學(xué)生簽訂合同,將部分“反家暴”項(xiàng)目交給在校大學(xué)生來做,這就省去了很大一部分機(jī)構(gòu)的人力成本。筆者推過考察深圳安瀾“反家暴”項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)新運(yùn)作形式,探索推導(dǎo)出一個(gè)相對(duì)具有普遍使用性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社工高校運(yùn)行體系,使社工機(jī)構(gòu)能使用相對(duì)低廉的社工人力成本,高校社工專業(yè)學(xué)生可以充分的接觸社工實(shí)務(wù),達(dá)到合作雙方共贏。通過在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社工高校模式體系中加入評(píng)估反饋機(jī)制,針對(duì)社工項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)方、社工機(jī)構(gòu)和高校進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行反饋,使項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)合作方對(duì)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行能有一個(gè)及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:After years of development, the concept of social work, the supervision of local trainee supervision, the legislation of social work and the growth mechanism of social workers are becoming more and more perfect. However, social work institutions are always facing two major problems: the shortage of funding sources and the lack of integration of social work professionals. Under the condition of a general shortage of operating funds in social work institutions, how to design a new operation mode and fully integrate social work professionals, low cost and high efficiency operation is an attempt to solve the two major problems in the operation of social work institutions at present. at the same time, how to design a new operation mode and fully integrate social work professionals is an attempt to solve the two major problems in the operation of social work institutions. It needs to be further explored and studied by scholars and social workers. Starting with empirical research, this paper first introduces and analyzes the "anti-domestic violence" project of Anlan Social work Agency in Shenzhen, and analyzes its experience in project publicity and project promotion. The organization's initial cooperation process: Shenzhen Anlan Social work Agency signed a contract with college students to hand over some of the "anti-domestic violence" projects to college students, which saves a large part of the labor costs of the organization. After investigating the innovative operation form of Anlan "Anti-domestic violence" project in Shenzhen, the author explores and deduces a relatively universal operation system of network social workers in colleges and universities, so that social work institutions can use relatively low manpower costs of social workers, and students majoring in social work in colleges and universities can fully contact the practice of social workers and achieve win-win cooperation. By adding the evaluation feedback mechanism to the network social work university model system, the project operation feedback is carried out for the social work project purchasers, social work institutions and colleges and universities, so that each partner of the project can have a timely and accurate understanding of the operation of the project.
