單位成員心理失衡的正負影響及調(diào)控策略

【摘要】:正心理失衡是管理心理學研究的一項重要內(nèi)容。單位成員心理失衡帶來的影響有負面的,也有正面的,但從歷史及現(xiàn)實來看,總體是弊大于利。當今社會競爭壓力不斷加大,單位成員的工作壓力、生活壓力也不斷加大,心理失衡問題也日趨嚴重。為了進一步提升單位管理的現(xiàn)代化水平,增強單位的和諧度和凝聚力,提高員工的工作積極性和工作效率,需要單位領導對單位成員心理失衡問題高度重視并及時加以調(diào)控。
[Abstract]:Positive psychological imbalance is an important part of management psychology research. The psychological imbalance of unit members has both negative and positive effects, but from the historical and realistic point of view, the overall disadvantages outweigh the advantages. Nowadays, the pressure of social competition is increasing, the pressure of work and life of unit members is also increasing, and the problem of psychological imbalance is becoming more and more serious. In order to further improve the modernization level of unit management, enhance the harmony and cohesion of the unit, and improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of employees, it is necessary for unit leaders to attach great importance to and control the psychological imbalance of unit members in a timely manner.
