【摘要】：以人為本是馬克思主義本質的基本要求。馬克思主義認為,現實存在的有生命的個人是社會存在和發(fā)展的前提�！耙匀藶楸尽�,就是要充分肯定人的這種社會根本地位,并要求一切社會活動都必須以“人”為出發(fā)點和落腳點,不斷滿足人的多方面需求,維護人的根本利益和促進人自身的發(fā)展。 以人為本作為一種思想方法和思維方式,在不同的社會實踐活動中,其實踐指向也各不相同。堅持以人為本,是我國社區(qū)建設應該且必須貫徹始終的基本價值理念。社區(qū)建設在堅持和落實以人為本方面取得了一定的成績,同時也存在相應的問題。目前,我國城市社區(qū)建設已經進入到構建城市和諧社區(qū)的新時期、新階段。因此,探討和分析以人為本與我國城市和諧社區(qū)的內涵、關系,不僅是對馬克思主義關于以人為本理念的豐富和繼承,而且有利于我們在和諧社區(qū)建設實踐中明確前進的目標和方向。在馬克思主義基本原理的指導下,以黨的路線、方針、政策為依據,將理論與實踐相結合的分析方法,在實踐層面上對以人為本的一些基本問題進行闡述,較深入地論證了以人為本是構建我國城市和諧社區(qū)的價值理念有著深刻的歷史依據、理論依據和現實依據,并借助城市和諧社區(qū)建設這一具體實踐,對實現以人為本目標的具體措施作了實踐上的探索。通過不斷完善和創(chuàng)新增強人的社區(qū)主體地位、改善和提高人的生活水平、提升人的自身素質、保障人的社區(qū)發(fā)展成果的各項措施,最終將以人為本落實到社區(qū)生活的方方面面,深入到每項社區(qū)實踐活動之中。 任何一種創(chuàng)新性實踐都是在理性思考和實踐探索中,通過反思和揚棄,逐步成長、不斷完善的。以人為本在社區(qū)建設新階段的應用,不僅推動了我國城市和諧社區(qū)目標的實現,而且實現了以人為本在具體實踐中的深化和發(fā)展。因此,城市和諧社區(qū)建設必須堅持以人為本,并將實現以人為本作為最終的目的。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the basic requirement of the essence of Marxism. Marxism holds that the existence of a living individual is the premise of social existence and development. "people-oriented" is to fully affirm this kind of social fundamental status of human beings, and requires that all social activities must take "human" as the starting point and foothold, constantly meet the needs of people in many aspects, safeguard the fundamental interests of human beings and promote the development of human beings themselves. People-oriented as a way of thinking and mode of thinking, in different social practice, its practical direction is also different. Insisting on people-oriented is the basic value concept that community construction in our country should and must carry out all the time. Community construction has made some achievements in adhering to and implementing people-oriented, and there are also corresponding problems. At present, the construction of urban community in China has entered a new period and stage of building urban harmonious community. Therefore, to explore and analyze the connotation and relationship between people-oriented and urban harmonious community in China is not only the enrichment and inheritance of Marxist concept of people-oriented, but also conducive to our clear goal and direction in the practice of harmonious community construction. Under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism, taking the party's line, principles and policies as the basis, combining theory with practice, this paper expounds some basic problems of people-oriented at the practical level, and deeply demonstrates that people-oriented is the value concept of building a harmonious urban community in China, which has a profound historical basis, theoretical basis and practical basis. With the help of the concrete practice of urban harmonious community construction, the concrete measures to realize the people-oriented goal are explored in practice. Through continuous improvement and innovation to enhance people's status as the main body of the community, improve and improve people's living standards, improve their own quality, and ensure the achievements of human community development, the measures will finally be people-oriented to all aspects of community life and go deep into every community practice. Any kind of innovative practice is in rational thinking and practical exploration, through reflection and sublation, step by step growth, continuous improvement. The application of people-oriented in the new stage of community construction not only promotes the realization of the goal of urban harmonious community in our country, but also realizes the deepening and development of people-oriented in concrete practice. Therefore, the construction of urban harmonious community must adhere to people-oriented, and will achieve people-oriented as the ultimate goal.
