【摘要】：社會網(wǎng)絡在個人職業(yè)地位獲得過程中提供兩種重要資源:信息和人情。人情是一個復雜概念,文章通過對求職者求職過程的分析,證明人情有兩種作用機制,一類是按照"給予—回報"運作的社會機制,我們稱為資源貸記,一類是按照"投資—收益"運作的經(jīng)濟機制,我們稱為資源交換。兩類機制對于職業(yè)地位獲得均有顯著影響,但是隨著年代變化,人們對于兩類機制的選擇卻呈現(xiàn)出不同的趨勢:資源交換的作用隨市場發(fā)展逐步衰弱,資源貸記的作用始終顯著,且有逐步增強的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Social network provides two important resources in the process of obtaining personal professional status: information and human feelings. Human feelings is a complex concept. Through the analysis of the job search process of job seekers, this paper proves that human feelings have two mechanisms of action, one is the social mechanism that operates according to "give-return", we call it resource credit, the other is the economic mechanism that operates according to "investment-income", and we call it resource exchange. The two mechanisms have a significant impact on the acquisition of professional status, but with the change of the age, the choice of the two mechanisms shows different trends: the role of resource exchange gradually weakens with the development of the market, and the role of resource credit is always significant, and there is a trend of gradual enhancement.
