【摘要】：正筆者有幸以后學(xué)之身份一睹劉作翔前輩學(xué)術(shù)巨作《思想的碎片——?jiǎng)⒆飨璺▽W(xué)言論選》及《思想的記錄——?jiǎng)⒆飨璺▽W(xué)演講選》之風(fēng)采。劉老師較為側(cè)重于"知行合一"的為學(xué)風(fēng)格,窮其全部之精力獻(xiàn)身于法學(xué),讀書萬(wàn)卷,踐行萬(wàn)里,為學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)而敏于思考,終成兩部思想巔峰之作而刊見(jiàn)于世,令人敬仰。劉老師曾言:"在越來(lái)越功利化的世界里,人們都在追逐物質(zhì)、金錢、權(quán)力等這些有形的東西,又有多少人會(huì)去追求思想這種不能吃、不能喝、不能帶來(lái)個(gè)人榮祿
[Abstract]:The author has the privilege of learning in the future to see the style of Liu Zuoxiang's academic masterpiece "fragments of thought-selection of Liu Zuoxiang's legal speech" and "record of thought-Liu Zuoxiang's selection of legal speeches".
