【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),人們一直將關(guān)注的視角放在經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展上,但是隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,人們逐漸將視角轉(zhuǎn)移到民生問(wèn)題上。隨著中國(guó)各個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)條件得到了很大的提高,生活質(zhì)量得到了改善,但是在人們經(jīng)濟(jì)條件提高的同時(shí),伴隨著人們的是加速的生活節(jié)奏和來(lái)自方方面面的壓力,包括工作的壓力、生活的壓力、社會(huì)環(huán)境的壓力以及環(huán)境的壓力。因此,現(xiàn)在人們不單追求著更好的物質(zhì)條件,更加追求的是幸福感。居民幸福感的提高對(duì)政府部門、居民自身、社會(huì)整體來(lái)說(shuō)都是最終的、永恒的目標(biāo)。各地方政府開始逐漸關(guān)注居民的幸福感,將提高居民幸福感作為政府政策實(shí)施的主要目標(biāo)。本文從個(gè)人發(fā)展、生活質(zhì)量、精神生活、社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府服務(wù)和生態(tài)環(huán)境因素六個(gè)方面對(duì)沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感展開分析,試圖了解影響沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感的因素和影響程度。為政府部門建設(shè)“幸福沈陽(yáng)”提供合理的、科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)、實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)和政策措施。本文的數(shù)據(jù)主要來(lái)源于遼寧大學(xué)承擔(dān)的幸福沈陽(yáng)建設(shè)研究課題,數(shù)據(jù)是經(jīng)過(guò)為期40天的問(wèn)卷發(fā)放和收集通過(guò)整理而來(lái)。在模型構(gòu)建過(guò)程中,本文選擇了結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究分析沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感的影響因素,探索個(gè)人發(fā)展、生活質(zhì)量、精神生活、社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府服務(wù)和生態(tài)環(huán)境六個(gè)因素對(duì)沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感的影響及程度。研究結(jié)論表明個(gè)人發(fā)展、生活質(zhì)量和精神生活對(duì)沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感有直接的、正向的影響作用,社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府服務(wù)和生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感有間接的、正向的影響作用。從總的影響程度上看,個(gè)人發(fā)展、社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府服務(wù)、生活質(zhì)量、精神生活、生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)沈陽(yáng)居民幸福感的影響程度依次減弱,其影響程度由個(gè)人發(fā)展的0.483降低到生態(tài)環(huán)境的0.099。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, people have been paying attention to the perspective of economic development, but with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, people gradually transfer the perspective to the issue of people's livelihood. With the development of economy in various regions of China, people's material conditions have been greatly improved and the quality of life has been improved. however, with the improvement of people's economic conditions, people are accompanied by accelerated pace of life and pressure from all aspects, including the pressure of work, the pressure of life, the pressure of social environment and the pressure of environment. Therefore, now people not only pursue better material conditions, but also pursue happiness. The improvement of residents' happiness is the ultimate and eternal goal for government departments, residents themselves and society as a whole. Local governments begin to pay more and more attention to the well-being of residents, and regard improving the happiness of residents as the main goal of government policy implementation. This paper analyzes the happiness of Shenyang residents from six aspects: personal development, quality of life, spiritual life, social environment, government service and ecological environment, and tries to understand the factors and degrees of influence on Shenyang residents' well-being. It provides reasonable and scientific theoretical basis, practical guidance and policy measures for the construction of Happiness Shenyang by government departments. The data in this paper mainly come from the happiness Shenyang construction research project undertaken by Liaoning University, and the data are collected through collation after 40 days of questionnaire distribution and collection. In the process of model construction, this paper selects structural equation model to study and analyze the influencing factors of Shenyang residents' well-being, and explores the influence and degree of personal development, quality of life, spiritual life, social environment, government service and ecological environment on Shenyang residents' well-being. The results show that personal development, quality of life and spiritual life have direct and positive effects on Shenyang residents' well-being, and social environment, government service and ecological environment have indirect and positive effects on Shenyang residents' well-being. From the overall degree of influence, the influence of personal development, social environment, government service, quality of life, spiritual life and ecological environment on the well-being of Shenyang residents is weakened in turn, and the influence degree is reduced from 0.483 of personal development to 0.099 of ecological environment.
