【摘要】：我國(guó)從2000年便步入老齡化社會(huì),老年人的喪偶率高達(dá)27%約有4748萬(wàn),喪偶老人中有80%有再婚的愿望。但受到傳統(tǒng)文化偏見(jiàn)、子女阻撓、財(cái)產(chǎn)分割認(rèn)定及老年人心理障礙,喪偶老人的再婚成為一個(gè)普遍性問(wèn)題。社會(huì)工作介入喪偶老人再婚,能夠幫助老人及其家庭成員擺脫困境,為他們提供情感支持與生活幫助。本文以筆者長(zhǎng)期的志愿服務(wù)對(duì)象H阿姨作為介入對(duì)象,采用聯(lián)合家庭治療模式,設(shè)定了3個(gè)具體目標(biāo),即給予了H阿姨情緒支持、改變了案主與子女間的互動(dòng)模式,協(xié)助案主及其子女重新審視再婚。對(duì)H阿姨的個(gè)案介入嚴(yán)格按照個(gè)案工作的流程進(jìn)行,分為接案、預(yù)估、計(jì)劃、介入與評(píng)估五個(gè)階段。其中,在介入環(huán)節(jié),共設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了6次活動(dòng),第一次分別面談了解案主及家庭成員過(guò)去的生活經(jīng)歷,第二次通過(guò)情景再現(xiàn)來(lái)體現(xiàn)過(guò)去的生活經(jīng)歷,第三次通過(guò)溝通游戲重塑家庭關(guān)系,第四次通過(guò)角色扮演提高案主自主評(píng)價(jià),第五次通過(guò)聯(lián)合會(huì)談焦點(diǎn)討論再婚,第六次單獨(dú)面談鞏固治療效果。本文為完整的實(shí)踐報(bào)告,從接觸潛在案主到預(yù)估,再到介入與評(píng)估跟進(jìn),共歷時(shí)三個(gè)多月,筆者通過(guò)探尋傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),重塑家庭關(guān)系,改善溝通模式,促使案主及家庭成員重新審視再婚,提高了案主解決再婚障礙的能力。同時(shí),本文還總結(jié)了家庭成員參與、家庭居住場(chǎng)所及家庭內(nèi)在動(dòng)力是聯(lián)合家庭治療模式在喪偶老人欲再婚障礙中得以有效運(yùn)用的本土經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:China has entered an aging society since 2000. The widowhood rate of the elderly is as high as 27%, about 47.48 million, and 80% of the widowed elderly have the desire to remarry. However, due to the prejudice of traditional culture, the obstruction of children, the identification of property division and the psychological obstacles of the elderly, the remarriage of widowed elderly has become a universal problem. Social work intervention in the remarriage of widowed elderly can help the elderly and their family members out of the predicament and provide them with emotional support and life help. In this paper, the author's long-term voluntary service object, Auntie H, as the intervention object, adopted the joint family therapy model, set three specific goals, that is, to give Auntie H emotional support, and changed the interaction mode between the subject and the children. Assist the victim and his children to re-examine the remarriage. The case intervention of Auntie H is carried out strictly in accordance with the process of case work, which is divided into five stages: receiving, predicting, planning, intervention and evaluation. Among them, in the intervention link, a total of six activities were designed and implemented, the first interview to understand the past life experience of the subject and family members, and the second time to reflect the past life experience through situational reproduction. The third time through the communication game to reshape the family relationship, the fourth through role-playing to improve the independent evaluation of the subject, the fifth through the joint talks to discuss remarriage, and the sixth individual interview to consolidate the therapeutic effect. This paper is a complete practical report, from contact with potential victims to estimates, and then to intervention and evaluation follow-up, a total of more than three months, the author through the exploration of traditional experience, reshape family relations, improve the mode of communication. Urge the victim and family members to re-examine the remarriage, improve the ability of the victim to solve the obstacle of remarriage. At the same time, this paper also summarizes the local experience that the participation of family members, the place of living in the family and the internal motivation of the family are the local experience in the effective application of the combined family therapy model in the disorder of widowed elderly people's desire to remarry.
