【摘要】:職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象存在于多種行業(yè),尤其是需要連續(xù)的、緊張的與他人互動的行業(yè)中,是指個人無法正確處理工作問題而產生的極端心理情緒。社會工作的宗旨是助人自助,其主要目的是通過運用專業(yè)的方法幫助弱勢群體形成正確的、良好的工作、生活方式以及預防和解決因部分經濟問題以及生活方式不良所帶來的社會問題,從而實現(xiàn)人和社會的統(tǒng)一,促進社會和諧的、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。雖然社會工作是一種助人的活動,但是在心理承受力和情緒控制上,多數(shù)社會服務工作從業(yè)者并不比其他人更強,而他們又因為行業(yè)的特性會更經常地面臨“職業(yè)倦怠”的威脅。本研究通過對深圳市s社工機構社工職業(yè)倦怠狀況的調查,分析社會工作者職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀、人口學特征和影響因素,并結合社會工作者亞健康狀態(tài)的評定,探討職業(yè)倦怠社會工作者健康狀態(tài)的影響模式;研究旨在于了解我國社工發(fā)展的前沿--深圳,一線社工目前所面臨的工作壓力及其影響因素以及社工對本職工作的滿意度與倦怠感,以便更好地為其提供指導和支持,同時通過對社工群體出現(xiàn)的“職業(yè)倦怠”現(xiàn)象的研究以及對策分析,著力建立和完善社工的職業(yè)成長體系,預防職業(yè)倦怠,提高福祉,加強對城市的心理歸屬感。而探索職業(yè)倦怠的規(guī)律并采取有效的措施防止和克服職業(yè)倦怠,對于調動社工工作積極性,提高勞動效率具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Job burnout exists in many industries, especially in industries that need to interact with others continuously and nervously, which refers to the extreme psychological emotion caused by the inability of individuals to deal with work problems correctly. The purpose of social work is to help others help themselves, and its main purpose is to help vulnerable groups form correct and good jobs through the use of professional methods. The way of life and the prevention and solution of social problems caused by some economic problems and poor way of life, so as to realize the unity of human and society, and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of society. Although social work is a helpful activity, most social service practitioners are no stronger than others in terms of psychological tolerance and emotional control. And they face the threat of job burnout more often because of the characteristics of the industry. Based on the investigation of job burnout of social workers in s social work institutions in Shenzhen, this study analyzed the present situation, demographic characteristics and influencing factors of social workers' job burnout, and combined with the evaluation of social workers' sub-health status. To explore the influence mode of health status of job burnout social workers. The purpose of the study is to understand the front line of the development of social workers in China-Shenzhen, the work pressure and its influencing factors faced by front-line social workers, as well as the satisfaction and burnout of social workers to their jobs, so as to better provide guidance and support for them. At the same time, through the study of the phenomenon of "job burnout" of social workers and the analysis of countermeasures, efforts are made to establish and improve the professional growth system of social workers, prevent job burnout, improve well-being and strengthen the sense of psychological belonging to the city. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the law of job burnout and take effective measures to prevent and overcome job burnout in order to arouse the enthusiasm of social workers and improve labor efficiency.
