【摘要】：近年來,河北社會科學(xué)研究穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,成果突出,但在一些關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)上仍落后于全國平均水平。河北社會科學(xué)繁榮發(fā)展主要受制于價值認(rèn)同、客觀環(huán)境、科研體制等因素。提升河北社會科學(xué)研究的能力和成果水平,應(yīng)當(dāng)在學(xué)風(fēng)和文風(fēng)建設(shè)、科研評價機制、科研管理體制等方面進(jìn)一步深化改革。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Hebei social science research has developed steadily and achieved outstanding results, but it still lags behind the national average in some key indicators. The prosperity and development of social sciences in Hebei Province is mainly restricted by value identity, objective environment, scientific research system and other factors. In order to improve the ability and achievement level of social science research in Hebei Province, we should further deepen the reform in the aspects of the construction of style of study and style of writing, the mechanism of scientific research evaluation and the management system of scientific research.
