【摘要】：在研究、政策和實(shí)務(wù)中將老齡化、智力與發(fā)展性障礙(IDD)銜接起來(lái),可以改善智力與發(fā)展性障礙老人以及由于老齡化致殘的成年人的生活質(zhì)量。這兩個(gè)群體在健康與長(zhǎng)期服務(wù)和支持方面,既有個(gè)性化的需求,也有共性的需求,本文就兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究、彼此的介入方法、領(lǐng)域內(nèi)政策發(fā)展的思路等進(jìn)行了交流。交流的范圍主要是健康促進(jìn)和家庭護(hù)理介入方面。智力與發(fā)展性障礙領(lǐng)域可以向老齡化領(lǐng)域借鑒的介入方法,主要有慢性病自我管理、跌倒防護(hù)、老年癡呆癥護(hù)理、退休規(guī)劃和臨終關(guān)懷等項(xiàng)目。美國(guó)社區(qū)生活管理項(xiàng)目正是老齡化與殘障這兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域政策銜接的典型案例。
[Abstract]:Linking aging, intelligence and developmental disorder (IDD) in research, policy and practice can improve the quality of life of the elderly with mental and developmental disorders and adults disabled by aging. The two groups have both personalized and common needs in health and long-term service and support. This paper exchanges the research in the two fields, their intervention methods, and the ideas of policy development in the field. The scope of communication is mainly health promotion and home care intervention. The intervention methods in the field of intelligence and developmental disorders can be used for reference in the field of aging, such as chronic self-management, fall protection, Alzheimer's care, retirement planning and hospice care. The American Community Life Management Program is a typical case of policy convergence between aging and disability.
