【摘要】：對抗偏見是偏見對象或旁觀者對偏見持有者表示不滿的社會行為,能夠降低偏見持有者的偏見水平,并有助于形成反偏見的社會規(guī)范,是一種有效的偏見消減策略。對抗偏見領(lǐng)域的研究可分為對抗偏見效果研究與對抗偏見行為研究。前者主要采用材料型和實驗型研究范式,關(guān)注對抗偏見的作用機(jī)制、具體效果及對抗偏見效果的影響因素;后者主要采用回顧型、實時記錄型和前瞻型研究范式,關(guān)注對抗偏見行為的發(fā)生機(jī)制和影響因素。將來這一領(lǐng)域需注重研究范式的綜合使用及生態(tài)效度的提高,以促進(jìn)對抗偏見效果研究與對抗偏見行為研究的有機(jī)結(jié)合;并在對抗偏見的神經(jīng)機(jī)制和有效策略方面進(jìn)一步深入探索。
[Abstract]:Anti-prejudice is a social behavior in which the object of prejudice or bystander expresses dissatisfaction with the holder of prejudice, which can reduce the level of prejudice of the holder of prejudice and contribute to the formation of anti-prejudice social norms. It is an effective strategy to reduce prejudice. The research in the field of anti-prejudice can be divided into the study of anti-prejudice effect and the study of anti-prejudice behavior. The former mainly adopts material type and experimental research paradigm, and pays attention to the mechanism of fighting prejudice, the concrete effect and the influencing factors of the effect of fighting prejudice. The latter mainly adopts retrospective, real-time recording and forward-looking research paradigm, focusing on the occurrence mechanism and influencing factors of anti-bias behavior. In the future, attention should be paid to the comprehensive use of research paradigm and the improvement of ecological validity in order to promote the organic combination of anti-prejudice effect research and anti-prejudice behavior research. The neural mechanism and effective strategy of fighting prejudice are further explored.
