【摘要】：女性企業(yè)家隊伍的發(fā)展壯大與杰出的經(jīng)濟貢獻使其成為社會及學(xué)術(shù)界所關(guān)注的熱點。女性企業(yè)家所具備的優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)不僅有利于自身水平的提高，還有利于企業(yè)績效的改進。本文在相關(guān)理論回顧與大量成功女性企業(yè)家成長案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上，首先利用女性學(xué)與素質(zhì)理論對成功女性企業(yè)家所具備的優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)進行分類整理并構(gòu)建成功女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)樹狀模型，其次結(jié)合社會學(xué)習(xí)理論與企業(yè)家人力資本理論探究女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)成因并構(gòu)建概念模型，然后通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)及成因進行實證研究，同時利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型將樣本數(shù)據(jù)與概念模型進行擬合與修正，，從而得出影響女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)形成的關(guān)鍵因素，最后從家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、人力資本積累和外部環(huán)境支持三個方面提出女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)的培育建議。本文運用定量方法分析女性企業(yè)家的優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)及其成因，這對于女性企業(yè)家優(yōu)勢素質(zhì)的形成與完善和培育新一代的女性企業(yè)家具有啟發(fā)與借鑒的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of women entrepreneurs and their outstanding economic contribution, women entrepreneurs have become the focus of social and academic attention. The superior qualities of female entrepreneurs are not only conducive to the improvement of their own level, but also conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance. Based on the review of the relevant theories and the analysis of a large number of successful female entrepreneurs, Firstly, the author classifies and classifies the dominant qualities of successful female entrepreneurs by using the theory of feminism and quality, and constructs the tree model of the dominant qualities of successful female entrepreneurs. Secondly, with the combination of social learning theory and entrepreneur human capital theory, this paper explores the causes of female entrepreneurs' dominant qualities and constructs a conceptual model, and then conducts an empirical study on the dominant qualities and causes of female entrepreneurs by means of questionnaire survey. At the same time, the sample data and the conceptual model are fitted and modified by using the structural equation model, so as to get the key factors that influence the formation of the dominant qualities of female entrepreneurs. Finally, from the family network relationship, The accumulation of human capital and the support of external environment put forward some suggestions on the cultivation of female entrepreneurs' superior qualities. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the dominant qualities of female entrepreneurs and their causes, which is helpful to the formation and perfection of the dominant qualities of female entrepreneurs and the cultivation of a new generation of female entrepreneurs.
