【摘要】：本研究旨在探討以冒險(xiǎn)教育方案培育失戀大學(xué)生抗逆力的效果如何。研究通過(guò)對(duì)兩名失戀大學(xué)生的招募,使用行動(dòng)研究方法進(jìn)行單車(chē)騎行與健身運(yùn)動(dòng),保證每周三到五次的冒險(xiǎn)教育方案,總共歷時(shí)9個(gè)月。方案預(yù)計(jì)將有三個(gè)行動(dòng)循環(huán)期,包括行動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備期——抗逆力的培育因素、行動(dòng)初期——抗逆力的培育條件、行動(dòng)中期——培育個(gè)人保護(hù)因子。在每個(gè)時(shí)期,研究者經(jīng)過(guò)訪談、參與觀察的方式,一同與研究參與者進(jìn)行討論,反思并決策下一步的行動(dòng)焦點(diǎn),最終成功幫助兩名大學(xué)生走出失戀的陰霾。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生的抗逆力水平內(nèi)在因子包括解決問(wèn)題、人際技巧、目標(biāo)訂立、情緒處理、直面挫折、對(duì)將來(lái)積極的計(jì)劃等,而通過(guò)冒險(xiǎn)教育方案能夠有效的對(duì)這幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行提升。我們也發(fā)現(xiàn),在方案的執(zhí)行過(guò)程當(dāng)中,研究對(duì)象抗逆力水平的增長(zhǎng)并不是呈一個(gè)直線上升的態(tài)勢(shì),而是一個(gè)曲折前進(jìn)的過(guò)程。研究最后也針對(duì)研究問(wèn)題與未來(lái)的研究方向提出了建議,包含案主需求評(píng)估、重視案主身體素質(zhì)要求、信任關(guān)系培育與冒險(xiǎn)教育未來(lái)研究方向等。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of risk-taking education scheme in cultivating the resistance of lovelorn college students. Through the recruitment of two lovelorn college students and the use of action research methods for biking and fitness exercises, the study guaranteed a three-to five-time risk-taking education program three to five times a week, which lasted for a total of nine months. It is expected that there will be three cycles of action, including the preparatory period of action-the nurturing factor of resilience, the initial stage of action-the conditions for cultivating resilience, and the middle-stage of action-fostering of personal protection factors. In each period, the researchers interviewed, participated in the observation, discussed with the participants, reflected and decided on the next action focus, and finally helped two college students out of the haze of lovelorn. This paper finds that the intrinsic factors of college students' resilience include problem solving, interpersonal skills, goal setting, emotional processing, facing setbacks, positive plans for the future, and so on. And through the risk-taking education program can be effective to these aspects to carry on the promotion. We also find that during the implementation of the scheme, the increase of the resistance level of the research object is not a straight upward trend, but a zigzag forward process. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the future research, including the assessment of the subject's needs, the attention to the requirements of the subject's physical quality, the cultivation of trust relationship and the future research direction of risk-taking education, and so on.
