【摘要】：近些年來,關(guān)于精神分裂癥患者惹禍肇事的新聞報(bào)道接連不斷,人們談到精神分裂癥紛紛露出驚恐懼怕的神情。由于我國社會化進(jìn)程加快,生活節(jié)奏亦不斷加快,精神分裂癥患者比例也不斷地攀升,精神衛(wèi)生問題已經(jīng)不僅僅是個(gè)體健康問題,已經(jīng)成為了迫在眉睫的公共衛(wèi)生問題及社會問題,有隱患也存在挑戰(zhàn)。關(guān)于對精神分裂癥的研究和治療,我國主要是沿襲了西方國家的傳統(tǒng)做法,主要從醫(yī)學(xué)角度進(jìn)行介入,采取生物化學(xué)模式,但缺乏對康復(fù)人士的心理關(guān)懷和慰藉。實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明,長期住院康復(fù)的精神分裂癥患者,長時(shí)間脫離社會、家庭以及精神藥物副作用影響,患者通常表缺少人際交往的技巧與能力,生活受到極大的影響與限制。因此,個(gè)人與社會功能的恢復(fù)是康復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者所面對的亟需需要解決的難題。本研究基于焦點(diǎn)解決模式的基本理論、原則和技巧,運(yùn)用社會工作小組的方法,旨在提高康復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者的個(gè)人社會功能,包括一般角色功能、人際與社會關(guān)系、自我照顧能力的提升,以及干擾與攻擊行為的減少,為患者出院后回歸社會打下基礎(chǔ);同時(shí),社會工作實(shí)務(wù)過程中也旨在驗(yàn)證焦點(diǎn)解決模式對康復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a series of news reports about schizophrenia causing trouble, and people talk about schizophrenia with horror and fear. Because of the acceleration of socialization and the pace of life in China, and the increasing proportion of schizophrenic patients, mental health problems are no longer just individual health problems. Has become an imminent public health and social problems, there are hidden dangers and challenges. As for the research and treatment of schizophrenia, our country mainly follows the traditional practice of western countries, mainly from the medical perspective to intervene, adopt biochemical model, but lack of psychological care and comfort to rehabilitators. Practical experience has shown that schizophrenic patients with long-term inpatient rehabilitation have long been separated from the social, family and side effects of psychotropic substances. The patients usually lack the skills and abilities of interpersonal communication, and their lives are greatly affected and restricted. Therefore, the recovery of individual and social functions is a difficult problem faced by schizophrenic patients in convalescence. Based on the basic theory, principles and skills of focus-solving model, this study aims to improve the individual social function of schizophrenic patients in rehabilitation period, including general role function, interpersonal and social relations, using the method of social work group. The improvement of self-care ability, as well as the reduction of interference and aggressive behavior, lay the foundation for patients to return to society after discharge. At the same time, the purpose of social work practice is to verify the application value of focus-solving model to convalescent schizophrenic patients.
