【摘要】：伴隨著治理資源的外生性實踐,項目制成為一種新的國家治理形式。項目制在實踐中會遭遇一系列文化困境。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),關(guān)系文化、認(rèn)同價值、派系文化、符語權(quán)力與自利文化呈現(xiàn)相互融構(gòu)的狀態(tài),這形成了項目制遭遇不同文化沖突的動態(tài)圖景。而項目制運(yùn)作場域文化沖突圖景的背后是不同文化靜態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的互相抵牾。據(jù)此,為了保障項目制運(yùn)行的正外部性,應(yīng)注重權(quán)威主體的塑造和培育,實現(xiàn)項目制運(yùn)作場域多元文化的整合和重塑。
[Abstract]:With the exogenous practice of governance resources, project system has become a new form of national governance. The project system will encounter a series of cultural dilemmas in practice. It is found that the relationship culture, the identity value, the factional culture, the runic power and the self-interest culture present a state of fusion and construction, which forms a dynamic picture of the project system experiencing different cultural conflicts. The static structure of different cultures contradicts each other behind the cultural conflict picture of project system operation field. Therefore, in order to guarantee the positive externality of the operation of the project system, we should pay attention to the shaping and cultivation of the authority subject, and realize the integration and reconstruction of the multi-culture in the field of the project system operation.
