【摘要】：伴隨著歐美城市社會(huì)空間分異的加劇,城市中不同群體隔離與聚集產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)效應(yīng)引起了學(xué)者的關(guān)注,鄰里效應(yīng)因此成為歐美城市研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。所謂鄰里效應(yīng),是指鄰里的某些特征會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦纳鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響,對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體尤甚。當(dāng)前在全球化和市場(chǎng)化改革不斷深入的背景下,中國(guó)城市中也正出現(xiàn)相似的社會(huì)空間分異趨勢(shì),而國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)鄰里效應(yīng)的討論較少。為此,本文基于對(duì)近年來歐美學(xué)界鄰里效應(yīng)實(shí)證研究的回顧,梳理鄰里效應(yīng)對(duì)居民的就業(yè)結(jié)果、鄰里滿意度、遷居意愿和行為的影響機(jī)制,并對(duì)鄰里效應(yīng)的研究方法進(jìn)行初步討論,以期為正在發(fā)展的中國(guó)城市居住空間分異問題提供理論解釋,并為中國(guó)鄰里效應(yīng)實(shí)證研究提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of urban social spatial differentiation in Europe and the United States, the social effects of segregation and aggregation of different groups in cities have attracted the attention of scholars. Therefore, the neighborhood effect has become one of the hot spots in the study of cities in Europe and the United States. The so-called neighborhood effect means that some characteristics of the neighborhood will affect the socio-economic results of the local residents, especially for the vulnerable groups. At present, under the background of globalization and market-oriented reform, there is a similar trend of social spatial differentiation in Chinese cities, but there is little discussion about the neighborhood effect in domestic academic circles. Therefore, based on the review of recent empirical studies on neighborhood effect in European and American academic circles, this paper reviews the influence mechanism of neighborhood effect on residents' employment results, neighborhood satisfaction, resettlement intention and behavior, and analyzes the impact of neighborhood effect on residents' employment results, neighborhood satisfaction, resettlement intention and behavior. In order to provide a theoretical explanation for the development of urban residential space differentiation in China, and to provide some enlightenment for the empirical study of the neighborhood effect in China, a preliminary discussion on the research methods of neighborhood effect is carried out in order to provide a theoretical explanation for the development of urban residential space differentiation in China.
