【摘要】：本文采用111個(gè)公共研究機(jī)構(gòu)作為抽樣調(diào)查的樣本,對(duì)不同級(jí)別的研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,研究組織因素影響西班牙人文社會(huì)科學(xué)(humanities and social sciences,HSS)研究機(jī)構(gòu)中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移(knowledge transfer,KT)的方式和強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移與團(tuán)體和機(jī)構(gòu)的組織架構(gòu)無關(guān),但與根據(jù)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的特點(diǎn)制定的激勵(lì)措施和具體的管理方法密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a sample of 111 public research institutions was used to analyze the different levels of research institutions, and the organizational factors affecting the knowledge transfer (knowledge transfer, in Spanish (humanities and social sciences,HSS (Humanities and Social Sciences) research institutions were used to analyze the influence of organizational factors on knowledge transfer in Spanish humanities and social sciences. The results show that knowledge transfer has nothing to do with the organizational structure of organizations and institutions, but is closely related to incentive measures and specific management methods based on the characteristics of the field of humanities and social sciences.
