【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)前社會信息化的快速發(fā)展,新聞媒體的功能越來越強大,新聞媒體在社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文化方面的作用也越來越顯著。在一定程度上,新聞媒體承載著與社會工作相同的助人功能,然而由于面對案主時,媒體關(guān)注的是新聞,而記者又沒有專業(yè)的社工技能,所以在幫助案主解決困難的同時也可能帶來眾多的弊端與問題。因此,本文深入分析新聞媒體在社會工作各個環(huán)節(jié)中所起到的具體作用,從全局把控,趨利避害,探討將新聞媒體的優(yōu)勢最大化的方式,尋找在社會工作中運用新聞媒體的最佳時機,研究社工應(yīng)該如何調(diào)節(jié)與新聞媒體的合作關(guān)系,促進(jìn)社會工作過程和社會工作事業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,使社會工作更適應(yīng)當(dāng)前信息社會發(fā)展的需要。 本文通過兩個“整體化”來研究：一方面將社會工作整體化,即將社會工作過程的推進(jìn)和社會工作事業(yè)的發(fā)展作為一個整體進(jìn)行研究,從宏觀上探討新聞媒體的作用,關(guān)注的不僅是新聞媒體對具體社會工作案例中的各個群體、各個階段的影響,更是新聞媒體在整個社會工作事業(yè)的發(fā)展過程和方向中產(chǎn)生的作用。另一方面將新聞媒體和社會工作整體化,即將社會工作和新聞媒體作為一個有機整體來進(jìn)行研究,關(guān)注的是新聞媒體在參與助人過程中所體現(xiàn)的特性以及新聞媒體能夠被社會工作所用的優(yōu)勢。并以此出發(fā),教導(dǎo)社工如何正確地利用新聞媒體開展工作,總結(jié)出了幾點培養(yǎng)社工此種能力的參考方案和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social informatization, the function of news media is becoming more and more powerful, and the role of news media in social politics, economy and culture is becoming more and more obvious. To a certain extent, the news media carry the same helping function as social work. However, when faced with the perpetrators, the media is concerned with the news, and journalists do not have professional social work skills. Therefore, helping the victim to solve the difficulties may also bring numerous drawbacks and problems. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the specific role of news media in all aspects of social work, from the overall control, seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, discusses the way to maximize the advantages of news media. To find the best time to use the news media in social work, to study how social workers should adjust the cooperative relationship with the news media, and to promote the process of social work and the sustainable development of social work. To make social work more suited to the needs of the current development of the information society. On the one hand, the integration of social work, that is, the advancement of the process of social work and the development of social work as a whole, is studied as a whole, and the role of the news media is discussed from a macro perspective. What is concerned is not only the influence of news media on various groups and stages in specific social work cases, but also the role of news media in the development process and direction of the whole social work cause. On the other hand, the news media and social work will be integrated, that is, social work and the news media will be studied as an organic whole. The focus is on the characteristics of the news media in the process of helping others and the advantages that the news media can use in social work. From this point of view, the author teaches social workers how to use the news media correctly to carry out their work, and sums up some reference plans and suggestions for cultivating the social workers' ability.
