【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會在給人們開闊的視野、自由的精神生活的同時,也隱含著諸多深刻影響人們生活、工作和精神世界的風險。如何防范和治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會風險逐漸成為世界各國普遍關(guān)注的重要問題。加強公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng),不僅可以提高普通網(wǎng)民對網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會風險的防御能力,更有利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全社會的構(gòu)建。只有堅持網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展同步推進,才能讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)更好地造福人民。
[Abstract]:The network society not only gives people broad vision and free spiritual life, but also implies many risks that deeply affect people's life, work and spiritual world. How to prevent and control network social risks has gradually become an important issue of universal concern all over the world. Strengthening the cultivation of citizens' network security literacy can not only improve the ability of ordinary netizens to defend the network social risks, but also benefit the construction of the network security society. Only insist on network security and network development synchronously advance, can make the Internet better benefit the people.
