【摘要】：建立健全強(qiáng)有力的縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu),科學(xué)規(guī)范的縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)管理體制,科學(xué)適用的縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法和完善有效的統(tǒng)計(jì)監(jiān)督機(jī)制,是保證統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確及時,維護(hù)國家統(tǒng)計(jì)正常運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)。隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步建立健全,統(tǒng)計(jì)改革與統(tǒng)計(jì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)也將深入發(fā)展。目前我國的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作已進(jìn)入了一個新的發(fā)展時期,對于直接面向基層的縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)部門來說,在良好機(jī)遇和嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)面前,如何把握有利時機(jī),適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式兩個根本性的轉(zhuǎn)變,加強(qiáng)縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,強(qiáng)化縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)管理,改革統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法,建設(shè)好縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)局,提高統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和及時性,更好地服從和服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中心任務(wù),是擺在縣級統(tǒng)計(jì)部門和廣大統(tǒng)計(jì)工作者面前的一項(xiàng)重要改革發(fā)展任務(wù)。因此,本文就這一問題作進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:The establishment and improvement of powerful county-level statistical institutions, a scientific and standardized county-level statistical management system, a scientifically applicable county-level statistical investigation method and a sound and effective statistical supervision mechanism are to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data. To maintain the basis for the normal operation of state statistics. With the gradual establishment and perfection of socialist market economic system, the cause of statistical reform and statistical modernization will also develop in depth. At present, China's statistical work has entered a new period of development. For county-level statistical departments directly facing the grass-roots level, how to grasp the favorable opportunity in the face of good opportunities and severe challenges, To adapt to the fundamental changes in the economic system and the mode of economic growth, we should strengthen the statistical work at the county level, strengthen the statistical management at the county level, reform the statistical investigation methods, build a good county-level statistical bureau, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data. Better serving the central task of economic construction is an important task of reform and development in front of county-level statistical departments and the vast number of statisticians. Therefore, this article makes a further discussion on this problem.
