【摘要】：[目的/意義]對國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情相關(guān)研究進展進行梳理回顧,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析與治理研究的未來工作重點做出展望。[方法/過程]從網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的內(nèi)容、運動特征、信息受眾3個方面以及微觀、中觀、宏觀3個維度分別闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析與治理研究所取得的前沿成果,并剖析目前研究存在的若干瑕疵。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情場理論能對日益苛刻的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析與治理的研究與實踐需要做出積極回應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] this paper reviews the research progress of network public opinion at home and abroad, and looks forward to the future work of network public opinion analysis and governance. [methods / process] from three aspects of content, movement characteristics, information audience and micro, meso and macro dimensions of network public opinion, the paper expounds the frontier achievements of network public opinion analysis and governance research, respectively. And analyzes the present research existence several flaw. [results / conclusion] introducing the theory of network public opinion field can make a positive response to the increasingly demanding research and practice of network public opinion analysis and governance.
