【摘要】：在異質(zhì)性移民心態(tài)恢復和適應行為轉(zhuǎn)化分析的基礎上,構(gòu)建了城市新移民心理行為的雙系統(tǒng)決策模型,并通過設計特定的人工社會環(huán)境,結(jié)合隨機突變理論對新移民的心理適應機制進行模擬研究。結(jié)果表明,持續(xù)承壓時間和政策制度會導致新移民心理適應過程的波動,但前者的影響更為顯著。在適應心理到適應行為的轉(zhuǎn)化中,新移民自身的態(tài)度傾向和心理認知水平是至關(guān)重要的,外界環(huán)境則影響該過程的持續(xù)時間及程度。政府要根據(jù)移民社會心理排斥的預警區(qū)和控制路徑制定幫扶措施,一旦新移民選擇抗拒逃離,則要付出更高的政策成本才能讓該群體重新融入。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the analysis of the analysis of the recovery and adaptation of the heterogeneous migration, a two-system decision-making model for the psychological behavior of the new immigrants in the city is constructed, and the psychological adaptation mechanism of the new immigrants is simulated by means of the design of a specific artificial social environment and the combination of the random mutation theory. The results show that the continuous pressure-bearing time and the policy system can lead to the fluctuation of the adaptation process of the new immigrants, but the effect of the former is more significant. In the transformation of the adaptation psychology to the adaptation behavior, the attitude and the level of the psychological cognition of the new immigrants are essential, and the external environment influences the duration and extent of the process. In the light of the early warning area and the control path of the psychological exclusion of the immigrant society, the government should set up the help measures, and once the new immigrants choose to resist the escape, the government will pay higher policy cost to make the group reintegrate.
