【摘要】：近年來(lái),臺(tái)灣青年選舉參與"由冷變熱",不僅對(duì)島內(nèi)政局產(chǎn)生巨大影響,也給兩岸關(guān)系帶來(lái)全新挑戰(zhàn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)臺(tái)灣青年基本政治立場(chǎng)及選舉行為的研究,具有重大理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。影響臺(tái)灣青年選舉參與的因素很多,既有制度因素,也有政黨、教育、經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)際環(huán)境等因素。因此,臺(tái)灣青年要想在現(xiàn)行體制下通過(guò)選舉實(shí)現(xiàn)"公平正義"根本是個(gè)偽命題。實(shí)現(xiàn)臺(tái)灣青年在政治上的"公平正義",不僅需要改革選制,更應(yīng)認(rèn)真落實(shí)上海Y20會(huì)議提出的"消除貧困和共同發(fā)展""社會(huì)公正和權(quán)利平等"等倡議,唾棄"民粹"、提升臺(tái)灣青年的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)地位,真正選賢舉能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the participation of Taiwan youth in the election "from cold to hot" has not only had a great impact on the political situation on the island, but also brought new challenges to cross-strait relations, and strengthened the study of Taiwan youth's basic political stand and election behavior. It is of great theoretical and practical significance. There are many factors that influence the participation of young people in Taiwan, including institutional factors, political parties, education, economy and international environment. Therefore, it is a false proposition that Taiwan's young people want to achieve "fairness and justice" through election under the current system. In order to realize Taiwan's youth 'political fairness and justice, it is necessary not only to reform the electoral system, but also to conscientiously implement the "poverty eradication and common development" and "social justice and equality of rights" initiatives put forward by the Shanghai Y20 Conference, so as to cast aside "populist ideas." Raise the political and economic status of Taiwan's young people, and really choose the virtuous.
