【摘要】：我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的健康發(fā)展將新城鎮(zhèn)居民的城市融入問(wèn)題提上了議事日程。在新城鎮(zhèn)居民融入城市的過(guò)程中,科技發(fā)揮了重要的支持作用,主要包括知識(shí)與信息支持、職業(yè)技能支持、科技產(chǎn)品支持、科技設(shè)施支持等。同時(shí),科技作用于新城鎮(zhèn)居民的城市融入經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)"物化""社會(huì)化"和"身份化"的過(guò)程。實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前新城鎮(zhèn)居民在科技利用方面的情況不容樂(lè)觀,尤其在技能培訓(xùn)、電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用以及科技設(shè)施利用方面存在較大不足。因此,要重視和發(fā)揮科技對(duì)人的城鎮(zhèn)化的支持與引領(lǐng)作用,將新城鎮(zhèn)居民的科技需求納入公共服務(wù)體系,深入推進(jìn)戶籍制度改革,從而加速人的城鎮(zhèn)化和新城鎮(zhèn)居民的城市融入。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of new urbanization in China has put the urban integration of new urban residents on the agenda. In the process of new town residents' integration into the city, science and technology has played an important supporting role, including knowledge and information support, vocational skills support, science and technology product support, science and technology facilities support and so on. At the same time, the integration of science and technology into the city has gone through a process of materialization, socialization and identity. The empirical analysis shows that the current situation of new urban residents in the use of science and technology is not optimistic, especially in skills training, computer network use and the use of scientific and technological facilities. Therefore, we should attach importance to and give full play to the role of science and technology in supporting and guiding the urbanization of people, incorporate the scientific and technological needs of new urban residents into the public service system, and further promote the reform of the household registration system. Thus accelerating the urbanization of people and the urban integration of new urban residents.
