【摘要】：縱觀人類社會發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)程,社會危機(jī)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展與人類發(fā)展相生相伴,人類自身的發(fā)展與社會危機(jī)也是密不可分的。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程步伐的加速,人類生存幸福感指數(shù)不斷攀升,但與此同時,人類也遭受到由社會危機(jī)爆發(fā)或間接引發(fā)的各種各樣的危機(jī)。其原因是紛繁復(fù)雜的,涉及到人類經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、科學(xué)、技術(shù)、文化等眾多方面,各個階層,各個領(lǐng)域。一方面有自然界客觀作用的因素,另一方面也有人類主觀認(rèn)識的影響。但究其深層次的原因,當(dāng)今的社會危機(jī)更多的是人類自身的行為。近幾年,社會危機(jī)頻繁爆發(fā),從恐怖分子制造的連環(huán)爆炸到毒氣泄露,從食品安全到物價上漲,從山西礦難到上海高樓火災(zāi),社會危機(jī)接連不斷,似乎在表明今天的我們正生活在一個危機(jī)多發(fā)的環(huán)境中。此種困境,引起了人類高度關(guān)注,人類千方百計找尋社會危機(jī)的根源,利用各種方式手段消解社會危機(jī)。本文嘗試以社會工程作為問題的切入點(diǎn),利用社會工程的思維理念,方式方法揭示社會危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的根源,試圖找到消解社會危機(jī),共建社會和諧的一劑良策。 本文首先對以往學(xué)者們關(guān)注社會危機(jī)的研究情況進(jìn)行了簡略闡述,在學(xué)習(xí)比較過程中針對問題提出新的解決方案。并從多角度,多層面分析了社會危機(jī)的現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)形式、現(xiàn)實(shí)危害以及成因根源等因素,深刻揭示了社會危機(jī)對現(xiàn)代社會的影響。其次引入社會工程思想,闡釋了社會工程的理論特征,社會工程對消解現(xiàn)代社會危機(jī)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。最后論述社會工程作為人類消解社會危機(jī)新工具的若干現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,通過社會工程促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與科學(xué)技術(shù)建設(shè),通過社會工程促進(jìn)文化發(fā)展與政治建設(shè),通過社會工程的構(gòu)建進(jìn)而規(guī)避和消除社會危機(jī)的新思考。 本文以發(fā)展和諧社會為最終目標(biāo),以社會工程注重實(shí)踐,關(guān)注人類社會,整合、協(xié)調(diào)、發(fā)展和完善人類社會為方式手段,不斷規(guī)避和消解現(xiàn)代社會危機(jī),促進(jìn)社會健康和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Throughout the history of human social development, the emergence and development of social crisis accompanied by human development, human development and social crisis is inseparable. With the development of economy and society, the pace of modernization accelerates, the index of human survival happiness is rising, but at the same time, human beings are also suffering from various crises caused by social crisis or indirectly. The reason is complicated, involving human economy, politics, science, technology, culture and so on. On the one hand, there are objective factors of nature, on the other hand, there is the influence of human subjective understanding. But the deep reason is that the current social crisis is more human behavior. In recent years, social crises have erupted frequently, ranging from a series of terrorist explosions to gas leaks, from food safety to rising prices, from the Shanxi mine disaster to the Shanghai high-rise fire. It'seems that today we are living in a crisis-prone environment. This kind of predicament has aroused the human beings' high attention, humanity tries every possible way to find the root cause of the social crisis, and uses various ways and means to resolve the social crisis. This paper tries to use social engineering as the starting point of the problem, using the thinking idea of social engineering to reveal the root of the social crisis, and try to find a good solution to the social crisis and build a harmonious society together. In this paper, the previous researches on social crisis are briefly described, and a new solution to the problem is put forward in the process of learning comparison. The paper also analyzes the actual manifestation of the social crisis, the actual harm and the origin of the social crisis from many angles, and deeply reveals the influence of the social crisis on the modern society. Secondly, it introduces the social engineering thought, explains the theoretical characteristics of social engineering, and the practical significance of social engineering in resolving the crisis of modern society. Finally, this paper discusses some practical revelations of social engineering as a new tool for human beings to resolve social crisis. It promotes the construction of economy, science and technology through social engineering, and the development of culture and politics through social engineering. The new thinking of avoiding and eliminating social crisis through the construction of social engineering. This paper takes the development of a harmonious society as the ultimate goal, pays attention to the practice of social engineering, pays attention to the human society, integrates, coordinates, develops and improves the human society as a means to avoid and resolve the crisis of modern society. To promote the healthy and harmonious development of society.
