【摘要】：正2012年,黑龍江大學(xué)發(fā)展建設(shè)再傳喜訊——被批準(zhǔn)為省部共建高等學(xué)校。近年來,黑龍江大學(xué)經(jīng)歷了由跨越式發(fā)展向內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)變,整體辦學(xué)水平、綜合實力、核心競爭力和社會聲譽顯著提升,已成為具有鮮明特色和較強核心競爭力的北方名校,尤其是對俄辦學(xué)特色獲得黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:In 2012, Heilongjiang University development and construction again good news-approved as a provincial ministry co-construction of institutions of higher learning. In recent years, Heilongjiang University has experienced a transformation from leapfrog development to connotative development. The overall school level, comprehensive strength, core competitiveness and social reputation have improved significantly. It has become a famous school in the north with distinctive characteristics and strong core competence, especially the attention of the leaders of the Party and the state to the characteristics of running a school in Russia.
