【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化趨勢(shì)的顯著和老年人口數(shù)量的增多,老年人的養(yǎng)老問題越來越受到社會(huì)的矚目和重視。合肥老年公寓的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)應(yīng)該提倡多樣化、社會(huì)化、具體化,社會(huì)工作介入合肥老年公寓的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)也應(yīng)專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化、細(xì)致化。 本調(diào)查以合肥市民政局、老齡辦、老年公寓的相關(guān)人員為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查和實(shí)地走訪,訪談?wù)块T和社區(qū)工作人員、老年公寓服務(wù)人員和服務(wù)對(duì)象,考察老年公寓養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和設(shè)施等,客觀地反映了老年公寓內(nèi)老年人的基本情況以及他們?cè)谖镔|(zhì)和精神層面的需求。通過調(diào)查,筆者對(duì)老年公寓養(yǎng)老存在的問題進(jìn)行深入分析,并在社會(huì)工作視閾下,結(jié)合相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí),提出了解決合肥老年公寓面臨問題的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the aging trend of population and the increase of the number of the elderly, the problem of the aged is paid more and more attention by the society. The development trend of the apartment for the elderly in Hefei should be diversified, socialized and concrete, and the trend of social work involved in the development of the apartment for the elderly in Hefei should be specialized, standardized and meticulous. In this investigation, Hefei Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Office of the elderly, elderly apartment related personnel as the survey objects for sample investigation and field visits, interviews with government departments and community workers, elderly apartment service personnel and service objects, The investigation of old-age service institutions and facilities objectively reflects the basic situation of the elderly in the apartment and their material and spiritual needs. Through the investigation, the author makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the old-age apartment for the elderly, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems faced by the elderly apartment in Hefei from the perspective of social work and combining with the relevant professional knowledge.
