【摘要】：哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)成果因其價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)的相對(duì)性,社會(huì)價(jià)值的間接性,社會(huì)效益的滯后性、衰減性等特點(diǎn),使得對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)遇到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、指標(biāo)難確定、結(jié)果難量化等難題。定性評(píng)價(jià)、定量評(píng)價(jià)、綜合評(píng)價(jià)等評(píng)價(jià)體系各有利弊,要完善哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)成果評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,需從評(píng)價(jià)體系選擇、評(píng)價(jià)程序制定、加強(qiáng)有效監(jiān)督、適時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整等方面做工作。
[Abstract]:Because of the relativity of value evaluation, the indirectness of social value, the lag of social benefit and attenuation, the achievements of philosophy and social science meet some difficult problems, such as the disunity of standard, the difficulty of determining the index and the difficulty of quantifying the result. Qualitative, quantitative and comprehensive evaluation systems have their own advantages and disadvantages. In order to perfect the evaluation mechanism of philosophy and social science achievements, it is necessary to do the work from the aspects of evaluation system selection, evaluation procedure formulation, strengthening effective supervision, timely and dynamic adjustment and so on.
