【摘要】：家庭是勞動力再生產(chǎn)的基本場所,通過影響勞動力價值并改變剩余價值大小,家務(wù)勞動作為資本主義生產(chǎn)方式的外圍地帶對資本積累提供了持續(xù)的補貼。然而,資本在推動更多剩余勞動供給和享受家務(wù)勞動的無償補貼之間長期面臨著矛盾權(quán)衡,這就使得女性"就業(yè)"與"回家"的抉擇始終從屬于資本積累的需要。20世紀中期以來,家務(wù)勞動的社會化主要表現(xiàn)為福利國家主導(dǎo)的公共服務(wù)供給和家務(wù)勞動商品化兩類形式,前者可在一定程度上分擔家庭的勞動力再生產(chǎn)成本,推動了女性就業(yè)且客觀上有助于工人整體的市場地位改善;新自由主義時代家務(wù)勞動的進一步商品化則使勞動力再生產(chǎn)愈加受制于資本的權(quán)力,且加劇了工人階級內(nèi)部的分化。福利國家的制度變遷服務(wù)于資本積累體制演變,亦難以獨立推動女性從家務(wù)勞動中的解放。
[Abstract]:Family is the basic place of labor reproduction. By influencing the value of labor force and changing the value of surplus, domestic work, as the periphery of capitalist mode of production, provides a continuous subsidy to capital accumulation. However, capital has long faced a trade-off between the supply of more surplus labor and the unpaid subsidy to enjoy domestic work. This makes the choice between "employment" and "going home" for women to always be subordinated to the need for capital accumulation. The socialization of domestic work is mainly manifested in the two forms of public service supply dominated by the welfare state and the commercialization of domestic work. The former can to some extent share the reproduction cost of the family's labor force. Promote female employment and objectively contribute to the improvement of the overall market position of workers; The further commercialization of domestic work in the neoliberal era makes the reproduction of labor more constrained by the power of capital and intensifies the internal division of the working class. The institutional change of welfare state serves the evolution of capital accumulation system, and it is difficult to promote the emancipation of women from domestic work independently.
