【摘要】：社區(qū)矯正是20世紀(jì)80年代引入我國(guó)的外來(lái)術(shù)語(yǔ),包含了濃厚的行刑社會(huì)化色彩。作為一種非監(jiān)禁刑罰,社區(qū)矯正的發(fā)展是司法行刑制度改革的顯著表現(xiàn),隨著近年來(lái)與法學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和社會(huì)工作等專業(yè)學(xué)科相互交融的不斷深入,適用對(duì)象范圍的不斷擴(kuò)大,社區(qū)矯正制度也在不斷完善之中,適應(yīng)我國(guó)國(guó)情社情,符合傳統(tǒng)觀念的社區(qū)矯正項(xiàng)目逐漸豐富,社區(qū)矯正也獲得了更高的社會(huì)關(guān)注度。 本文以青少年群體為主要研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、訪談?wù){(diào)研、個(gè)案分析等具體方法,整體圍繞我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的社區(qū)矯正運(yùn)行情況,總結(jié)分析現(xiàn)有多學(xué)科交融形成的不同矯正模式展開(kāi),通過(guò)廣泛收集現(xiàn)有研究資料和實(shí)地調(diào)研成果,對(duì)現(xiàn)有多地社區(qū)矯正模式進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而引入社會(huì)工作專業(yè)理念、價(jià)值、理論基礎(chǔ)、工作方法和使用技巧,并分析其對(duì)青少年社區(qū)矯正的積極作用,探尋社會(huì)工作介入對(duì)完善社區(qū)矯正制度的正面意義,通過(guò)對(duì)個(gè)案的詳細(xì)介紹,總結(jié)提煉出社會(huì)工作介入社區(qū)矯正的具體工作模式和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,旨在突出社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)理念價(jià)值和方法對(duì)社區(qū)矯正的協(xié)調(diào)、互補(bǔ)及推動(dòng)專業(yè)化發(fā)展的巨大作用。
[Abstract]:Community correction is a foreign term introduced into our country in 1980's, which contains a strong socialized color of execution. As a kind of non-custodial penalty, the development of community correction is a remarkable manifestation of the reform of judicial execution system. With the deepening of the integration of law, psychology, pedagogy, sociology, social work and other professional subjects in recent years, With the continuous expansion of the scope of application, the community correction system is also in the process of continuous improvement, adapting to the social conditions of our country, in line with the traditional concept of community correction gradually enriched, community correction has also gained a higher degree of social concern. This article takes the youth group as the main research object, uses the literature research, the interview investigation, the case analysis and so on concrete method, overall revolves around our country present community correction movement situation. Through the extensive collection of existing research data and field research results, the existing multi-place community correction model is analyzed, and the experience and problems of the existing model are summarized. Then it introduces the professional concept, value, theoretical basis, working methods and using skills of social work, and analyzes its positive role in community correction for young people, and explores the positive significance of social work intervention in perfecting community correction system. Through the detailed introduction of the case, this paper summarizes and abstracts the concrete work mode and realization path of social work intervention in community correction, aiming to highlight the value of professional concept and method of social work in the coordination of community correction. Complementation and promotion of professional development of the enormous role.
