【摘要】：農(nóng)民工市民化是解決我國(guó)農(nóng)民工問(wèn)題的根本出路,也是我國(guó)城市化發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。在農(nóng)民工融入城市的過(guò)程中,農(nóng)民工的角色和角色關(guān)系相比以前發(fā)生了非常直觀的變化,而現(xiàn)有的研究中,從社會(huì)角色視角對(duì)農(nóng)民工角色轉(zhuǎn)換的研究卻并不多見(jiàn)。農(nóng)民工市民化問(wèn)題最終主要靠制度來(lái)解決,然而,目前制度和政策在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)通常缺乏角色分析的視角,關(guān)于農(nóng)民工的政策中也缺乏對(duì)農(nóng)民工角色轉(zhuǎn)換的支持。本文將運(yùn)用社會(huì)角色理論,闡述和分析農(nóng)民工向市民的角色轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程及其中存在的問(wèn)題,為促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工市民化進(jìn)程提供新的解釋和思路。 我國(guó)農(nóng)民工是從農(nóng)村居民向城鎮(zhèn)居民轉(zhuǎn)變的獨(dú)特群體。在其社會(huì)角色的轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程中,他們的職業(yè)角色發(fā)生了改變,但社會(huì)身份卻因戶籍而不能隨之轉(zhuǎn)變,導(dǎo)致了角色的沖突和角色失調(diào)。由于在現(xiàn)有的社會(huì)角色理論中難以找到能恰當(dāng)描述這種狀況的概念,根據(jù)研究的需要,筆者創(chuàng)新性地提出了職業(yè)角色和戶籍角色的概念,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了初步的界定。筆者在充分運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)和訪談資料的基礎(chǔ)上,從微觀入手、多維度地描述了農(nóng)民工市民角色轉(zhuǎn)換的過(guò)程與現(xiàn)狀,并在對(duì)現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題的分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工角色轉(zhuǎn)換的思考途徑,形成了對(duì)社會(huì)角色理論的幾點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新性的反思,為以后的理論研究提供了來(lái)自實(shí)證的案例。 全文共分為四章,第一章在對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行定義、對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上提出本研究的理論框架,說(shuō)明研究資料的來(lái)源和研究方法。第二章描述農(nóng)民工職業(yè)角色轉(zhuǎn)換的現(xiàn)狀及其戶籍角色轉(zhuǎn)換的意愿,發(fā)現(xiàn)并提出農(nóng)民工在社會(huì)角色轉(zhuǎn)換中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。第三章對(duì)影響農(nóng)民工市民角色轉(zhuǎn)換的四大因素進(jìn)行理論探索和實(shí)證研究。第四章是總結(jié)和思考,提出促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工角色轉(zhuǎn)換的思考途徑,形成對(duì)社會(huì)角色理論的三點(diǎn)思索。
[Abstract]:The urbanization of migrant workers is the basic way to solve the problem of migrant workers in China, and the inevitable trend of urbanization in our country. In the process of migrant workers' integration into the city, the role and role relationship of migrant workers have changed intuitively compared with before, but in the existing research, the research on the role transformation of migrant workers from the perspective of social role is rare. However, the current system and policy design usually lack the perspective of role analysis, and the policy on migrant workers is also lack of support to the role transformation of migrant workers. Based on the theory of social role, this paper expounds and analyzes the process of changing the role of migrant workers to citizens and the existing problems, which provides a new explanation and train of thought for the process of promoting the urbanization of migrant workers. Migrant workers in China are a unique group changing from rural residents to urban residents. In the process of changing their social roles, their professional roles have changed, but the social identity can not be changed because of household registration, which leads to the conflict and disharmony of their roles. Because it is difficult to find the concept that can describe this kind of situation properly in the existing social role theory, according to the need of research, the author creatively puts forward the concept of professional role and household registration role, and makes a preliminary definition of it. Based on the full use of data and interview data, the author describes the process and current situation of the transition of the role of migrant workers from the micro perspective, and on the basis of the analysis of the status quo and problems, This paper puts forward the thinking ways to promote the transformation of the role of migrant workers, forms several innovative reflections on the theory of social role, and provides an empirical case for the future theoretical research. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter gives the theoretical framework of this study based on the definition of related concepts and literature review, explains the source of the research data and research methods. The second chapter describes the status quo of the transformation of the role of migrant workers and the willingness to change the role of household registration, and finds and puts forward the problems in the transformation of the role of migrant workers in the society. The third chapter makes theoretical exploration and empirical research on the four factors that affect the change of peasant workers' civic role. The fourth chapter is a summary and thinking, put forward the thinking ways to promote the role transformation of migrant workers, and form the social role theory of three thinking.
