【摘要】：目的調(diào)查畬族老年人生命質(zhì)量及社會支持狀況,分析影響因素并提出應(yīng)對策略。方法采用社會支持評定量表(SSRS)和生存質(zhì)量簡明量表(SF-8)對景寧畬族自治縣319名老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并與中國常模比較。結(jié)果畬族老年人在社會支持總分、客觀支持、主觀支持方面與中國常模有顯著性差異(P0.05),影響畬族老年人社會支持的主要因素為文化程度和婚姻狀況。年齡、性別、婚姻狀況、學(xué)歷、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、生活滿意度對畬族老年人軀體健康狀況和心理健康狀況有顯著影響。結(jié)論畬族老年人社會支持狀況和生存質(zhì)量不高,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)基層養(yǎng)老服務(wù)特別是畬族農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老服務(wù)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life and social support of the elderly of she nationality, analyze the influencing factors and put forward the countermeasures. Methods Social support rating scale (SSRS) and quality of Life scale (SF-8) were used to investigate 319 elderly people in Jingning she nationality Autonomous County and compared with the Chinese norm. Results there were significant differences in total social support, objective support and subjective support between she and Chinese norm (P0.05). The main factors affecting social support of she nationality were education level and marital status. Age, sex, marital status, educational background, economic status and life satisfaction had significant effects on the physical and mental health status of the she nationality elderly. Conclusion the status of social support and the quality of life of the elderly in she nationality are not high, so it is necessary to strengthen the rural old-age service construction at the grassroots level, especially in the rural areas of she nationality.
