【摘要】：本文利用三次全國(guó)婦女地位調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),回顧性地分析了1990—2010年間中國(guó)人性別觀念的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),探討了文化、市場(chǎng)、媒體、政府的相互糾纏對(duì)性別觀念的影響。結(jié)果顯示,總體而言,性別觀念并未回潮,而是向著更為平等的方向進(jìn)展,但在社會(huì)分工領(lǐng)域的確具有回歸傳統(tǒng)的傾向。這種現(xiàn)象值得警醒和反思,證明了傳統(tǒng)的男外女內(nèi)的性別分工作為一種權(quán)力關(guān)系滲透到社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域、各級(jí)組織和社會(huì)單元,主流的平等意識(shí)真正深入人心尚需時(shí)日,其間必然經(jīng)歷迂回曲折、艱難漫長(zhǎng)的過程。只有解構(gòu)男性話語(yǔ)以及由其統(tǒng)治著的歷史敘述,才能真正解構(gòu)不平等的性別制度,真正推進(jìn)平等的性別理念、踐行平等行為。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of three national surveys on the status of women, this paper analyzes the changing trend of Chinese gender concept from 1990 to 2010, and discusses the influence of culture, market, media and government on the gender concept. The results show that, in general, the gender concept does not return to the trend, but towards a more equal direction, but in the field of social division of labor there is a tendency to return to the traditional. This phenomenon is worthy of warning and reflection, and proves that the traditional gender division of labor within men and women as a kind of power relationship permeates all fields of society, organizations at all levels and social units, and the mainstream sense of equality really needs time to take root in the hearts of the people. It is inevitable to experience twists and turns, a long and difficult process. Only by deconstructing male discourse and the historical narration ruled by it can we truly deconstruct the unequal gender system, promote the concept of equality and practice equal behavior.
