【摘要】：青少年社區(qū)矯正在實(shí)踐中更加注重行政化的監(jiān)督管理,而社會(huì)工作專業(yè)方法和技巧并沒有在其中發(fā)揮作用,研究社會(huì)工作在青少年社會(huì)矯正中的介入情況十分必要,對進(jìn)一步深入開展青少年社區(qū)矯正工作,促進(jìn)青少年社區(qū)矯正工作走上專業(yè)化道路具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐意義。社會(huì)工作的介入符合青少年社區(qū)矯正執(zhí)行方式改革和多元化發(fā)展的要求,社會(huì)工作者在專業(yè)理念的指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用個(gè)案、小組、社區(qū)的工作方法對犯罪青少年進(jìn)行矯正,促進(jìn)犯罪青少年的再社會(huì)化,是實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)矯正目標(biāo)的有力保障。圍繞青少年社區(qū)矯正的目標(biāo),社會(huì)工作的介入不僅要解決青少年社區(qū)矯正實(shí)踐中存在的問題,更需要向?qū)I(yè)化發(fā)展,不斷提高專業(yè)化水平,提升社會(huì)工作介入青少年社區(qū)矯正的能力,發(fā)揮自身理論優(yōu)勢和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,解決介入過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,并積極與社區(qū)矯正司法行政機(jī)關(guān)形成合力,促進(jìn)犯罪青少年順利回歸社會(huì),預(yù)防再犯。
[Abstract]:In practice, juvenile community correction pays more attention to administrative supervision and management, but professional methods and techniques of social work do not play a role in it. It is necessary to study the intervention of social work in juvenile social correction. It is of great guiding and practical significance to further develop the youth community correction work and promote the youth community correction work to take the specialized road. The intervention of social work accords with the requirements of the reform and diversified development of juvenile community correction. Under the guidance of professional concept, social workers use individual cases, groups, and community working methods to correct juvenile delinquents. To promote the re-socialization of juvenile delinquents is an effective guarantee to achieve the goal of community correction. Around the goal of juvenile community correction, the intervention of social work should not only solve the problems existing in the practice of juvenile community correction, but also need to develop towards specialization and continuously improve the level of specialization. To enhance the ability of social work to intervene in juvenile community correction, to give play to their own theoretical and technical advantages, to solve the problems in the process of intervention, and to actively form a joint effort with the judicial administrative organs of community correction. To promote the smooth return of juvenile delinquents to society and prevent recidivism.
