【摘要】：本文在梳理價(jià)值觀的定義、維度及其影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,采用中國(guó)青少年研究中心開展的"中國(guó)企業(yè)青年價(jià)值觀現(xiàn)狀及培育研究"數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析法計(jì)算各維度的取值,對(duì)企業(yè)青年的政治價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀和家庭婚戀觀進(jìn)行了分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):總體而言,各類價(jià)值觀得分差異較大,得分最高的維度是中國(guó)是發(fā)展中國(guó)家的判斷,得分最低的維度是職業(yè)滿意度,二者相差近30分。在人口學(xué)特征方面,價(jià)值觀在年齡、性別、受教育程度上的差異最明顯,而在婚姻狀況和戶籍之間的差異整體較小;且不同維度的價(jià)值觀在不同人口特征上有不同表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the definition, dimension and influencing factors of values, this paper adopts the data of "the present situation and cultivation of Chinese Enterprise Youth values" carried out by China Youth Research Center, and calculates the values of each dimension by factor analysis. This paper analyzes the political values, professional values and family marriage values of young people. The results show that: overall, the scores of all kinds of values are quite different, the highest dimension is the judgment that China is a developing country, the lowest dimension is career satisfaction, the difference between them is nearly 30%. In terms of demographic characteristics, the difference of values in age, sex, education level is the most obvious, while the difference between marital status and household registration is small, and the values of different dimensions are different in different demographic characteristics.
