手機(jī)依賴性尺度變量探索

【摘要】：隨著手機(jī)的使用的逐步普及,它在現(xiàn)在人們的生活中變得越來越重要,而手機(jī)依賴是伴隨著手機(jī)使用所產(chǎn)生的一個(gè)很重要的現(xiàn)象。我們知道手機(jī)依賴性是依賴性的其中一種表現(xiàn)形式,從生理學(xué)上來講人身體內(nèi)有一種受體,會對某種刺激產(chǎn)生反應(yīng),只要人受到某種特定的刺激,就會去尋找這種物質(zhì),從而到達(dá)滿足感,導(dǎo)致成癮。一般來說,一旦失去了這種刺激,就會表現(xiàn)得焦慮不安、疲乏無力,無目的地徘徊,莫名其妙地別人發(fā)脾氣,言語粗俗,煩躁不安,無法集中精力,人就跟丟了魂似的;郁郁寡歡,情緒低落,滿面愁容,垂頭喪氣。由于手機(jī)的高度使用,手機(jī)上癮(Mobile addiction)的問題引起許多研究者的注意,特別是國外的研究團(tuán)隊(duì),他們發(fā)現(xiàn)手機(jī)高度使用者會出現(xiàn)退縮、焦慮、煩躁不安的情緒狀況,當(dāng)手機(jī)不在身邊時(shí)甚至?xí)械娇只?相對于國外而言,我國目前在城鄉(xiāng)居民手機(jī)使用行為上的研究就顯得尤為缺乏,特別在手機(jī)依賴性量表的實(shí)證性研究更是無人涉足。但是相信很多人都在很多地方看見過你是否患有手機(jī)依賴性的測試題,那么這些被廣泛人群認(rèn)同,并以此作為參照的量表們,是否真正具有相應(yīng)的效度與信度,是否真正能夠檢測手機(jī)依賴性呢,這就不得而知了,所以本文就是在此情況下產(chǎn)生。 本課題研究是基于城鄉(xiāng)居民手機(jī)使用情況調(diào)查的課題,嚴(yán)格遵循量表的編制程序,主要分為下面三個(gè)步驟: 首先,明確調(diào)查的主題,從已經(jīng)有的相關(guān)理論的概念和國外相關(guān)量表的結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),選取了時(shí)下最流行的幾種手機(jī)依賴性量表作為參考,并分析了其它相關(guān)研究及實(shí)證研究的結(jié)論,結(jié)合現(xiàn)在手機(jī)使用者的實(shí)際情況,從理論上初步構(gòu)建了手機(jī)依賴性量表的理論結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二,編制量表。根據(jù)理論模型編制量表?xiàng)l目,基本上是以現(xiàn)存已有的手機(jī)依賴性量表作為原始模板,并且放置于城鄉(xiāng)居民手機(jī)使用情況調(diào)查的課題,評估量表的信度、效度等相關(guān)系數(shù),以便于求證該量表是否具有可行性。 第三,驗(yàn)證量表。運(yùn)用調(diào)查問卷,手機(jī)依賴性量表,探討手機(jī)依賴性變量之間的關(guān)系,并且進(jìn)一步的獲取量表的效度資料,并以此證實(shí)該手機(jī)依賴性量表的可行性。 本研究獲得了以下結(jié)論: 1、量表中的項(xiàng)目1、2、6、10、11具有很好的難易度和適中的鑒別度,而5、8、9的雖然鑒別度可取,但是難易度偏難,3、4、7、12的鑒別度不但偏低,其難易度也很高,也就是說有33.33%的項(xiàng)目鑒別度和難易度不太適中。對于整個(gè)量表來說,只有41.67%的項(xiàng)目是完全符合難易度以及鑒別度的語義和數(shù)據(jù)上的要求。 2、量表中的各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的同質(zhì)性較強(qiáng),從這些具有較強(qiáng)同質(zhì)性的項(xiàng)目,可以看出它們是屬于同一情感的不同側(cè)面,也就是說是依賴性的不同表現(xiàn)形式,同時(shí)在相關(guān)性的檢驗(yàn)上,相關(guān)性值偏低,屬于弱相關(guān),說明各個(gè)問題又具有自身獨(dú)立性,由此可以得出該量表在信度檢驗(yàn)上是可行的。 3、通過對手機(jī)依賴性量表進(jìn)行的因子分析看出,量表具有有效性。累積貢獻(xiàn)率到達(dá)了100%; 12個(gè)變量都分別在某個(gè)因子上有較高的負(fù)荷值,幾乎都大于0.4,說明這個(gè)12項(xiàng)量表均為有效量表。
